Provided are a bracket for an anti-vibration device, and a method for manufacturing the same, in which increase of weight and peeling of a reinforcing portion are suppressed. A bracket () has: a reinforcing portion () extending in a surrounding direction of the surrounding portion (), having ends () in both directions of the surrounding direction, and being fixed to an outer surface of the portion (); and ribs () formed on an outer circumference of the portion () so as to span the ends () of the reinforcing portion () in the surrounding direction of the portion (). The portion () and the ribs () are made of synthetic resin. A method for manufacturing the bracket () includes a step of injecting synthetic resin serving as the portion () and the ribs () into a mold cavity where a reinforcing member serving as the portion () is set.

A anti-vibration device () includes a bracket () made of a synthetic resin and cylindrical metal fittings for fastening (), where the bracket () and the metal fittings for fastening () are integrally formed. A vibration input position (P) is a position that does not coincide with a virtual line (L) passing through central axes (O) of a through holes () of two metal fittings for fastening () in a planar view; the metal fitting for fastening () has a flange portion (); and the flange portionhas a first outermost peripheral edge () and a second outermost peripheral edge (), where a length (L) to the first outermost peripheral edge () is longer than a length (L) to the second outermost peripheral edge () based on the center axis (O) of the through hole ().

Anti-vibration device

The present invention achieves higher performance (improvement in, for example, heat resistance, durability, and mechanical characteristics) of polyamide resin by a method which is not dependent on a combination with fibers. According to an embodiment of a polyamide resin member of the present invention, the polyamide resin member contains nano-oriented crystals of polyamide 66, and has a high heatproof temperature (T&#x2248;278&#xb0; C.) and a high melting point (T&#x2248;282&#xb0; C.).
