A case is formed with a long accommodation portion for accommodating an FL holder and a J/C adapter. The accommodation portion is provided with first locking portions configured to lock the FL holder. The FL holder is provided with second locking portions configured to be locked to the first locking portions, and a third locking portion configured to lock the J/C adapter. The third locking portion is provided at one end portion of the FL holder in a longitudinal direction. The J/C adapter is provided with a fourth locking portion configured to be locked to the third locking portion. The FL holder and the J/C adapter are arranged side by side in the accommodation portion along the longitudinal direction.

Electric junction box and accommodating method of holding portion

An electrical junction box includes an electronic component including a component main body and a terminal protruding from the component main body, a block including a mating terminal configured to be connected to the terminal and a block main body configured to accommodate the mating terminal and a case having a box shape and configured to accommodate the electronic component and the block. The component main body of the electronic component is provided with a first locking portion. The block is provided with a second locking portion. The case is provided with a third locking portion configured to be engaged with the first locking portion and a fourth locking portion configured to be engaged with the second locking portion.

Electrical junction box

A resin structure includes first and second resin bodies including first and second wall portions and first and second engagement portions, respectively. One of the first engagement portions engages with one of the second engagement portions and form a first engaging part. Another one of the first engagement portions engages with another one of the second engagement portions and form a second engaging part. The first engaging part is positioned on a further front side than the second engaging part in an attaching direction of the second resin body to the first resin body. When the second resin body is rotated toward the first resin body with the first engaging part as a center of rotation and with the one of the first engagement portions being engaged with the one of the second engagement portions, the first wall portion is prevented from interfering with the second wall portion.

Resin structure

There is provided a resin structure including: a first resin body; a second resin body; and a third resin body. A recessed groove of the first resin body is configured to guide an inspection tool, which is used for inspecting an engagement state between a first engagement portion and a second engagement portion, toward the first engagement portion along the recessed groove in a state where the second resin body is assembled to the first resin body and the third resin body is not assembled to the first resin body. A groove bottom surface of the recessed groove and the second engagement portion engaged with the first engagement portion are spaced apart from each other in a thickness direction by a protruding portion protruding in the thickness direction of a wall portion of the first resin body.

In an electric junction box, both first locking portions and second locking portions are provided in one accommodation portion. The first locking portions are capable of locking an FL holder when the FL holder is inserted from an upper opening toward a lower opening. The second locking portions are capable of locking an FL holder when the FL holder is inserted from the lower opening toward the upper opening. Accordingly, the FL holders can be inserted into the same accommodation portion from the upper opening and the lower opening.

Electric junction box and assembling method thereof

A resin structure has an insertion portion through which an electric wire runs. The resin structure includes a first resin body and a second resin body to be attached to the first resin body in an attaching direction so as to cover the opening portion. The first resin body includes a first wall portion forming a part of a wall portion perpendicular to the attaching direction, and a first insertion portion provided in the first wall portion and forming a part of the insertion portion. The second resin body includes a second wall portion forming another part of the wall portion, and a second insertion portion provided in the second wall portion and forming another portion of the insertion portion. When the first resin body and the second resin body are attached to each other, the insertion portion is disposed in the wall portion of the resin structure.

There is provided an electrical junction box including: a bolt holding portion that includes a stud bolt and a bolt holding portion body configured to hold the stud bolt; a first holding portion that includes a first busbar provided with a first connection terminal and a first holding portion body configured to hold the first busbar and a first electronic component; and a second holding portion that includes a second busbar provided with a second connection terminal and a second holding portion body configured to hold the second busbar and a second electronic component. The bolt holding portion, the first holding portion, and the second holding portion are assembled with a nut in a connection state in that the stud bolt is passed through the first connection terminal and the second connection terminal, and in that the first busbar and the second busbar are overlapped with each other.

An electric wire fixing structure includes a first half hole part and a second half hole part formed by dividing an electric wire hole through which an electric wire is passed; an electric wire fixing part formed in a shape along the first half hole part when viewed in the axial direction of the electric wire hole, the electric wire fixing part extending from the first half hole part in the axial direction of the electric wire hole; and a fixing member wound around the electric wire and the electric wire fixing part together, so as to fix the electric wire to the electric wire fixing part.

An insertion coupling structure includes a base portion that is in contact with a surface on one side in a thickness direction of a coupling member, a clamping portion that faces a surface on the other side of the coupling member, a rigid supporting portion that is provided to the clamping portion in a rib-like shape along an insertion direction that intersects the thickness direction of the coupling member and in which the coupling member is inserted, and is in contact with the surface on the other side of the coupling member, and an elastic supporting portion that has rigidity lower than the rigidity of the rigid supporting portion.

Provided is an electrical junction box which prevents a bonder cap from falling out of a bonder cap accommodating part without using a bundling tie. The electrical junction box includes a frame having a bonder cap accommodating part and a terminal-attached wire accommodating part, and a cover. An edge forming an insertion port of the bonder cap accommodating part includes a low pro file portion with the same height as that of an edge of the terminal-attached wire accommodating part and a projecting portion projecting beyond the low profile portion. In a state where the cover is attached to the frame, a distance between the low profile portion and the cover is longer than the full length of the bonder cap, and a distance between the most projected portion of the projecting portion and the cover is shorter than the full length of the bonder cap. The wire bundle outside the bonder cap accommodating part is bent toward the low profile portion.

The invention provides a bus bar, which includes an elongated base plate, a plurality of tuning fork-shaped terminal portions and a plurality of plate-shaped terminal portions both extending from one lateral end of the elongated base plate, a terminal-protecting portions being perpendicular to the elongated base plate and extending from both longitudinal ends of the elongated base plate, and an electric wire-crimping portion extending from the other lateral end of the elongated base plate.

Bus bar

An electrical junction box includes a frame, a bus bar and a relay to be mounted to the frame, a junction terminal interconnecting a plate-like terminal portion of the bus bar and a plate-like terminal portion of the relay. The junction terminal includes a tubular portion having a pair of opposing walls and a spring portion arranged in the tubular portion such that the plate-like terminal portion of the bus bar inserted into the tubular portion from one side is sandwiched between the spring portion and one opposing wall and the plate-like terminal portion of the electronic component inserted into the tubular portion from the other side is sandwiched between the spring portion and the other opposing wall. The frame includes a receiving portion allowing the junction terminal to enter only when it is in correct position and an engagement portion holding the junction terminal inserted into the receiving portion.

An electrical junction box includes: a case main body provided with a wire receiver for receiving an end of an electric wire at a lower surface side; and a lower cover for covering the lower surface. Further, the electric wire is routed in between the lower surface of the case main body and the lower cover, and guided out from a wire outlet composed of a notch and a projecting piece. A biting prevention piece is projected from an edge of the lower cover toward the lower surface. A receiving groove for receiving the biting prevention piece is provided on an inside of a peripheral wall of the case main body. After the tip of the biting prevention piece pushing aside the electric wires to an inside of the case main body is inserted into the receiving groove, the lower cover is attached to the case main body.
