A fixing structure () of a distribution member has a plurality of pins provided on one of an annular distribution member and a stator in a predetermined arrangement relation in the circumferential direction, and a plurality of holes provided in the other one of the annular distribution member and the stator so that the plurality of pins are fitted thereinto, respectively. In the fixing structure, each pin and a corresponding hole form one fitting set and the tightening margin of each fitting set has a different value.

Central electricity distribution member for rotary electric machine

An insulator is provided between a stator core and a conductive wire provided on the stator core. The insulator includes a wound portion, around which the conductive wire is wounded, having a substantially rectangular shape; and a flange, formed in the axial end of the wound portion in the stator tooth tip side, for pressing the conductive wire in the axial direction (radial direction relative to the rotation axis of a rotor in a configuration of a rotating electrical machine). The flange includes four corner portions at its four corners, and intermediate portions formed between the four corner portions to have a width (B) narrower than the width (B) of the four corner portions. In addition, the flange has a tip with a curved shape.

Insulating member and stator

The temperature detector comprises a thermistor embedded in varnish, a connector, a lead wire connecting the thermistor and the connector to each other, and a transfer suppressing portion provided between the thermistor and the connector and suppressing the movement of the varnish on the surface of the lead wire. The suppressing portion comprises a protection tube surrounding the lead wire and a grommet filled in a space inside the protection tube.

Temperature detector and fixing material transfer suppressing structure

Therein is provided with a connecting structure to the shield case of an apparatus so that a number of the connector parts are decreasing and that connecting operation is facilitated. The connector includes a insulative first housing fixed in a state of being inserted into a through hole, a first terminal held by the housing to face the through hole and connected to the electric circuit. The second housing of the electric wire side is fitted to the first housing. The second terminal is connected to the first terminal. Sealing rings are provided between the outer periphery of the housings and the through hole on outer periphery of the housings so that the bracket fixed to the shield case is electrically connected to shield layer of the shield electric wire. A connecting member electrically connects the bracket and the shield layer outside of the second housing.

Connecting structure for electric wire to shield case of apparatus

A bus bar to be inserted in a circular through hole provided in a casing and connecting terminals provided inside and outside the casing has a circular section in a portion passing through the through hole. The outer periphery of the circular section is covered with a grommet having a circular section, and the ratios of the grommet in vertical and transverse directions are equal to each other. Accordingly, when a bus bar body including the bus bar and the grommet is fitted in the through hole, the grommet has compression ratios equal to each other in the vertical and transverse directions. Consequently, the fitting portions of the bus bar and the grommet uniformly come in close contact with each other, and a sealing property can be fully maintained in the fitting portions of the grommet and the bus bar.
