An electrolyte solution is filled directly during the process of stacking electrodes so as to omit the steps of partially forming and enclosing a refill port. Thus, the fabrication process can be effectively simplified and the production efficiency can be increased. First, an annular glue wall is coated along the border of the top surface of a first electrode. The electrolyte solution is filled on the top surface of the first electrode enclosed by the annular glue wall. A second electrode is then stacked over the first electrode. The annular glue wall is heated to bind the first electrode, the second electrode, and the annular glue wall, thus enclosing the electrolyte solution between the first electrode and the second electrode.
