Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for priority based stand-alone and carrier aggregated frequency band usage. An example method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes: maintaining a high-priority list (HPL) and a low-priority list (LPL) of frequency bands and combinations of frequency bands that are supported by the UE, wherein the HPL and the LPL are based on one or more hardware (HW) components of the UE; and taking one or more actions based on one or more measured parameters of the frequency bands or the combinations of frequency bands and at least one of the HPL and the LPL.

Priority based stand-alone and carrier aggregated frequency band usage

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a user, input associated with a call request. The UE may select a first subscription, of at least two subscriptions associated with the UE, based at least in part on at least one parameter associated with a unified access control (UAC) check for the call request. Additionally, or alternatively, the UE may display, on a screen of the UE, an indication that the call request is barred based at least in part on the UAC check. Numerous other aspects are described.

Processing call requests when a user equipment is barred

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may tune away from a first wireless network associated with a first subscription of the UE to a second wireless network associated with a second subscription of the UE. The UE may transmit, after tuning back to the first wireless network, a measurement report, outside of a scheduled measurement reporting occasion for the first wireless network.
