Disclosed by the present invention are a targeted CD73 antibody and an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), and a preparation method therefor and application thereof. Further disclosed is a method for preparing the described monoclonal antibody and ADC. The monoclonal antibody and the corresponding ADC disclosed by the present invention can be efficiently and highly specifically combined with purified CD73 protein and CD73 on the surfaces of multiple tumor cells to block the catalytic activity of CD73 enzyme, and have high affinity, low immunogenicity and significant anti-tumor effect.

Disclosed are a new AXL-targeting monoclonal antibody and antibody-drug conjugate. Also disclosed is a method for preparing said antibody and antibody-drug conjugate. The AXL antibody of the present invention can bind with purified human AXL protein and multiple AXL on tumor cell surface with high effectiveness and high specificity. Said humanized antibody also has high affinity and low immunogenicity. Said AXL antibody-drug conjugate has markable performance against tumors having high AXL expression.

A method and apparatus for cooperative guest firmware are described. In one embodiment, the method includes the launch of a virtual machine (VM) including a guest operating system (OS) and guest firmware. Prior to launching the VM, a data structure is generated in memory and is associated with the guest firmware to provide a virtualization policy provided by the VM as well as processor and platform configuration information to the guest firmware. In one embodiment, the guest firmware uses the data structure to access static information regarding the virtualization policy, as well as the processor and platform configuration information in response to requests from the guest OS. However, when the guest OS requires a host platform service, a virtual machine monitor (VMM) services the guest firmware requests for host platform services. Other embodiments are described and claimed.

Apparatus and method for cooperative guest firmware

Frequency and voltage scaling are performed for each virtual processor in a virtual environment. The characteristics of the workload performed by each virtual processor are dynamically profiled and a scaling algorithm determines a scale factor for that virtual processor as a function of the profiled characteristics. The profiled characteristics may include virtualization events associated with the workload being performed. In addition, a particular scaling algorithm and profiling technique may be selected based on which virtual processor is currently running.
