The present disclosure relates to a device for live animal transport, comprising: a bottom plate, comprising a liquid guide plate and a non-liquid guide plate, wherein the liquid guide plate has a first end and a second end opposite the first end; a plurality of support members, symmetrically provided at predetermined intervals on the bottom plate at the first end and the second end of the liquid guide plate, and extending in a first direction perpendicular to the bottom plate; a plurality of pillars, one end of each pillar being nested in a corresponding one support member, and the plurality of pillars being capable of telescoping in the first direction; a plurality of beams, extending in a second direction from the first end of the liquid guide plate to the second end of the liquid guide plate, each beam being supported by the other end of the pillar at the first end of the liquid guide plate and the other end of the pillar at the second end of the liquid guide plate; side plates, provided on the bottom plate and extending in the first direction around edges of the bottom plate; and a top portion, supported by the plurality of beams to cover an interior space formed by the bottom plate and the side plates, wherein the plurality of pillars are configured to telescope in the first direction so as to adjust a contour of the top portion

A bioreactor includes a base and a lid. The base includes two opposing curved or convoluted surfaces, two opposing flat surfaces, a window disposed on one of the flat surfaces, the window having a higher degree of transparency compared to other portions of the base, wherein images or videos of cells are captured through the window by non-invasive ISM device, and a rounded bottom. The lid is attachable to the base. The lid includes a shaft and a semipermeable membrane attached to the shaft, the semipermeable membrane being permeable to oxygen but impermeable to viruses and bacteria. The PAT-based online analysis directs the adaptive manipulations of bioreactor towards efficient, automated, and GMP-compliant clinical protocols of cell culture.

A testing circuit for multiple SMs of a cascaded converter and a control method thereof are provided. A current generator generates a testing current flowing into a testing module group. The testing module group includes two series-connected testing arms that each contains multiple SMs, or in an alternative way, the testing module group is composed of one or multiple testing units connected in series, and each testing unit includes two testing SMs connected in series reversely. The testing circuit the control method thereof realizes a mission profile emulation of the multiple SMs of the cascaded converter in both inverting and rectifying modes simultaneously to improve a test efficiency. A reverse series connection structure of the two testing SMs offsets a DC component in a capacitor voltage to reduce a power supply voltage required for a test. Dynamic and static control methods under different modulations for the test circuit are provided.

Testing circuit, system and control method for multiple submodules of cascaded converter

A bioreactor includes a culture medium vessel housing culture medium. The culture medium vessel further includes a first side surface including a first transparent optical window; and a second side surface parallel to the first surface and including one or more sensor adapters to fix optical sensors. A cell retention vessel is disposed underneath and connected to the culture medium vessel, the cell retention vessel housing biological cells and having: a top surface that intersects a base of the culture medium vessel, and a second transparent optical window indented into the top surface at a first corner of the top surface. A semipermeable membrane is disposed at a bottom of the cell retention vessel, and a frame comprising a grid is disposed underneath the semipermeable membrane.

The embodiments of the present disclosure provide systems and methods for outbound forecasting, comprising receiving an initial distribution of priority values to each fulfillment center (FC) in each region, running a simulation, using a simulation algorithm, of the initial distribution, calculating an outbound capacity utilization value of each FC, determining a number of FCs comprising an outbound capacity utilization value that exceeds a predetermined threshold, feeding the simulation algorithm with the determined number of FCs to generate one or more additional distributions of priority values, generating a FC priority filter comprising an optimal set of priority values based on the one or more additional distributions of priority values, and modifying an allocation of a plurality of SKUs among a plurality of FCs based on the generated FC priority filter.

Systems and methods for outbound forecasting based on a fulfillment center priority value

An online monitoring system for measuring the on-state voltage drop of power semiconductor devices comprises a voltage withstanding circuit and a voltage clamping circuit, one terminal of the voltage withstanding circuit is connected to one terminal of the voltage clamping circuit, and the other terminals of the voltage withstanding circuit and the voltage clamping circuit are randomly connected to two terminals of the power semiconductor device under test (DUT) respectively. The two terminals of the voltage clamping circuit are output terminals of the online monitoring system. A clamping voltage of the voltage clamping circuit is higher than the on-state voltage drop of the DUT. When the DUT is off, the output voltage of the system is fixed to the clamping voltage, and when it is on, the output voltage is not clamped. The system has simplified structure and enables convenient, accurate and low-cost measurement of on-state voltage drop.
