An exemplary portable electronic device includes a bottom cover, a top cover, an electronic module, and elastic washers. The top cover engages with the bottom cover to define a space therebetween. The electronic module is received in the space. Poles protrude up from the bottom cover. The elastic washers are fixed on the electronic module. A through hole is defined in each of the washers. The poles respectively extend through the through holes of the washers, and opposite ends of each of the washers respectively elastically abut the top cover and the bottom cover.

Portable electronic device with buffered internal electronic module

An antenna mounting structure of an electronic device includes a casing and an antenna in the casing. The antenna includes a signal receiving portion and a first securing member connecting the signal receiving portion. The first securing member defines a through hole. The casing includes a first pin, a first catch near the first pin, and a first rib extending from the first pin. The first pin extends through the through hole of the first securing member of the antenna. The first rib supports the first securing member. The first catch fixedly clasps the first securing member on the first pin and the first rib.

Antenna mounting structure of electronic device

An exemplary display unit includes a rear cover, a bracket disposed on the rear cover, a display mounted on the bracket, and a front cover secured to the rear cover to sandwich the display and the bracket between the front cover and the rear cover. The bracket includes a plate supporting the display, a pair of bulges protruding upwardly from two opposite sides of the plate and a pair of tabs extending upwardly from the bulges, respectively. The pair of tabs press against two opposite lateral faces of the display to dissipate static electricity on the display to ground.

An electronic device includes a motherboard and a heat dissipating plate. The motherboard includes a base. The base includes a number of ports and an electronic element. The heat dissipating plate includes a substrate and a number of fasteners extending out from the substrate for engaging with the number of ports of the motherboard. The substrate defines a bulging cavity for engaging with and dissipating heat from the electronic element.

An exemplary electronic device includes a front cover, a display screen and two speakers located on the back surface, and a back plate abutting against the display screen and two speakers. Five fasteners extend backwardly from a back surface of the front cover. Each of the fasteners includes a connecting plate extending backwardly from the back surface and a top plate formed at a free end of the connecting plate. Five latching tabs are formed on the back plate corresponding to the fasteners. Each of the latching tabs includes a latching tip latched between the top plate of the corresponding fastener and the back surface of the front cover. The back plate abuts against the display screen and the two speakers, thus mounting the display screen and the two speakers on the front cover.

Electronic device with interlatched front cover and back plate

A display unit includes a lower cover, a display disposed on the lower cover, a metal bracket securing the display on the lower cover and an upper cover fixed to the lower cover to sandwich the display and the bracket between the lower cover and the upper cover. The bracket includes a plate pressing a back side of the display towards the lower cover and a tab contacting a lateral face of the display. The bracket is grounded.

An electronic device includes a housing, a circuit board, an infrared receiving device and a protection cover. The protection cover is engaged in the window of the housing to cover the infrared receiving device. The protection cover includes a blocking plate, a side wall extending outwardly from the blocking plate, and two clasping ears respectively located at two opposite sides of the side wall. The blocking plate is attached to the housing, and the two clasping ears of the protection cover provide a permanent means of securing the protection cover to the housing.

An electronic device includes a front cover, a rear cover engaging with the front cover, and a connecting mechanism fixed to the front cover. The front cover is secured to the rear cover to cooperatively define a receiving space for receiving a part of the connecting mechanism. The front cover includes a first panel defining two limiting members and a first sidewall extending from a rim of the first panel and defining two latching members. The rear cover includes a second panel defining two protrusions and a second sidewall extending from a rim of the second panel and defining two hook members. The protrusions correspond to the limiting members and are fixed thereto, and the hook members correspond to the latching members and engage therewith.

A display device includes a shell, a display panel disposed within the shell and at least one securing member fixing the display panel to the shell. The display panel is covered with a front cover and a rear cover opposite to the front cover. The at least one securing member is fixed to the shell and resists at least the rear cover of the display panel. The at least one securing member includes a conducting member. The conducting member resists at least the front cover of the display panel to conduct static electricity therefrom.

A signal receiving apparatus includes a main body for receiving control signals, and a cover covering the main body. The cover includes a receiving portion and at least one fixing portion. The receiving portion receives the main body, and the at least one fixing portion fixes the signal receiving apparatus to a housing of an electronic device. An electronic device includes a shell defining a space and an opening therein. A fixing pole extends into the space from an inner surface of the shell adjacent to the opening. A circuit board is received in the space, and defines a through hole corresponding to the fixing pole. A push button is arranged in the shell, and includes a button body extending into the opening of the shell and being exposed to the outside, a fixing member, and a connecting member interconnecting the fixing member and the button body. The fixing member defines a fixing hole receiving the fixing pole therein. Two opposite sides of the fixing member abut against an inner surface of the shell and the circuit board, respectively. A locking member extends through the through hole and the fixing hole into the fixing pole to assemble the circuit board, the push button to the shell.
