The present invention is to reduce the load on a control device by reliably classifying vibration modes of a rotor, thereby facilitating stabilization design of a magnetic bearing. The present invention includes: magnetic bearings including electromagnets provided at one end and the other end of a rotor to contactlessly support the one end and the other end of the rotor by the magnetic attraction forces of the electromagnets; and displacement sensors that measure an inclination at the one end of the rotor and an inclination at the other end of the rotor, in which the magnetic attraction forces of the electromagnets are controlled based on the inclinations measured by the displacement sensors.

Control device for magnetic bearing and control method

Leakage of a working fluid from a shaft sealing device of a turbomachine which handles a liquid as the working liquid is reduced and also unstable fluid force which acts on a rotor is reduced. For this purpose, the turbomachine has a rotor having an impeller, a bearing which rotatably supports the rotor, a casing which contains the rotor therein and forms a stationary flow passage, and the shaft sealing device which reduces the leakage of the working fluid through a gap part between the casing and the rotor. The working fluid is a liquid. A plurality of axial grooves which are intermittently arranged in axial direction and circumferential direction of the rotor with a land part being interposed are provided in an inner circumferential surface of the shaft sealing device.

In a centrifugal compressor, for the purpose of preventing the positions of a diaphragm and a head flange in a radial direction from moving with respect to a casing, preventing the unstable vibration of the rotor and enabling an efficient and stable operation even on high-pressure conditions, there is provided a barrel-shaped centrifugal compressor including a casing, a diaphragm located in the casing to define a flow channel, and a head flange attached to the end of the casing by a shear key, wherein in the inner peripheral surface of the casing and the outer peripheral surface of abutment portions of the diaphragm and the head flange in which they are abutted on the inner peripheral surface of the casing, sliding key grooves which are vertical to the surfaces are provided at least two portions in a peripheral direction, and sliding keys are provided in the key grooves.

The labyrinth seal () preferably includes two kinds of segments () whose comb teeth () differ in height for each kind of segment, and the segments () of the greater comb tooth height are arranged in a certain reference direction on a cross section right-angled to a rotational axis, and in a direction opposite to the reference direction, and the segments () of the smaller comb tooth height are arranged in a direction right-angled to the reference direction, and in a direction opposite to that right-angled to the reference direction.

To receive content services from a content server accepted in an Internet via a GW (GateWay) unit by a mobile user terminal connected to a mobile communication network, a plurality of GW units are located in respective predetermined areas. A contents server fault monitor periodically detects the status of operation of contents servers. Information about the status of operation of the contents servers is held in a server operation database. When an inactive contents server has been detected through look-up of the operation status information, a service menu is prepared that is a list of services which can be provided by active contents servers. Upon a request for the acquisition of a service from a portable terminal, the prepared service menu is sent to the portable terminal. By virtue of this construction, prior to the connection of a portable terminal to a network, a periodically prepared service menu, that indicates only services of contents servers which can provide services, is presented to the portable terminal.

Association identifiers for identifying, as the flow of a series of services, screen information are imparted to respective screen informations in a tree structure constituting a web service provided by the contents server. The association identifiers are constituted respectively by an identifier 'start' representing a start screen of a series of service elements, an identifier 'continue' representing a screen located along the way to contemplated information, and an identifier &#x201c;end&#x201d; representing a screen of the final contemplated information. When a congested state has occurred in the GW server during operation, the GW server judges the association identifier contained in screen information to be relayed. In this case, for screen information which is in the state of continuation for the series of service elements and, at the same time, the association identifier represents &#x201c;continue,&#x201d; the relay of the transfer of service information is continued until an association identifier representing &#x201c;end&#x201d; appears. On the other hand, for a request for the connection of a new service provided with an association identifier representing &#x201c;start,&#x201d; the connection is cut off. The above construction can prevent the cut-off of connection during utilization of service and thus can contribute to improved service to users.
