Improved methods of removing coating films from resin substrates includes first treating the resin substrates in an aqueous alkali solution with a concentration of 0.1 wt % or more at a temperature of 110.degree. C. or more, which temperature is lower than the melting point of the substrates and then polishing the surfaces of the substrates by either bringing them into contact with each other in suitable equipment such as a screw feeder, or using an abrasive in suitable equipment such as a high-speed vessel type stirrer, or subjecting the substrates to a liquid honing process.

Method of removing coating films

A polycarbonate lubricating oil composition which is resistant to decomposition of the polycarbonate and the generation of carbon dioxide gas. The lubricating oil composition contains a polycarbonate lubricant, at least one compound selected from the group of epoxy compound, phenol compound, sulfur compound and amine compound, and optionally a triester phosphite or a triester phosphate compound as inhibitors to the generation of carbon dioxide gas. The lubricating oil composition are stable, have excellent lubricating properties, cleaning properties, and electrical insulating properties, and their viscosity at low temperature can readily be lowered.

Disclosed herein is an antihypertensive preparation containing, as an active component, a novel quinazoline derivative represented by the following general formula or a salt thereof: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.100 means a hydrogen atom or methoxy group, R.sup.200 and R.sup.300 denote individually a hydrogen atom or lower alkoxy group, R.sup.400 is a hydrogen atom or amino group, l stands for 2 or 3, and Het is a specific hetero ring group.
