A motor connecting member, which connects a motor winding and a terminal block, includes a terminal to be connected to the terminal block, a winding connecting portion to be connected to the motor winding, and an extended portion extending between the terminal and the winding connecting portion. The extended portion is made by plastically deforming a single wire having a circular cross section, and is bent in a predetermined shape fitted for connection between an end of the motor winding connected with the winding connecting portion and the terminal block.

Provided is an electricity collection and distribution ring excellent in durability and the easiness of manufacturing while the size thereof is reduced, and also provided is a method for manufacturing the electricity collection and distribution ring. The electricity collection and distribution ring () comprises: first to fourth bus rings (to) for collecting electricity from and distributing electricity to each of the phase coils () of a three-phase motor (); a plurality of fixing members () disposed at a plurality of predetermined positions in a circumferential direction of the first to fourth bus rings (to) and mutually fixing the first to fourth bus rings (to); and a plurality of connection terminals () for connecting the first to fourth bus rings (to) and the lead-out lines of the respective phase coils (). The fixing members () integrally have a locking portion () for, among the first to fourth bus rings (to), locking the first bus ring () positioned at an end in an axis direction and a fixing portion () for mutually fixing the other second to fourth bus rings (to) by molding.

Electricity collection and distribution ring and method for manufacturing same

An electric power collection and distribution ring includes a plurality of annular bus rings for collecting and distributing power to windings of a stator, the windings being covered with an insulation cover and the stator being formed by winding the windings around a plurality of teeth arranged in a circular pattern. The bus ring is formed by annularly coupling a plurality of arc-shaped conductive members each including terminal portions at both circumferential end portions, the terminal portions being welded to each other together with an end portion of the winding. The terminal portion includes a first contact surface coming into contact with the end portion of the winding at the time of the welding and a second contact surface to be a contact point between the terminal portions.

Electric power collection and distribution ring, electric motor and method of manufacturing electric motor

An electric motor includes a stator including multiple phase windings wound around a plurality of teeth arranged in a circular pattern, and an annular bus ring arranged concentrically with the stator to supply drive current to the windings. The bus ring includes a metal conductor and a lead-out wire inserting portion for inserting a lead-out wire of the winding therethrough, the lead-out wire inserting portion being formed by bending the metal conductor. The lead-out wire inserting portion is crimped with the lead-out wire inserted therethrough such that the metal conductor is electrically connected to the lead-out wire.

Electric motor and centralized power distribution member

A wiring material is provided by electrically connecting a connecting terminal with two single line conductors arranged in parallel. The connecting terminal is provided with a tube-shaped section for storing two single line conductors, the two single line conductors are inserted into the tube-shaped section, resistance welding is performed by carrying electricity from the external of the tube-shaped section in a status where the tube-shaped section and the single line conductors are mutually brought into contact, and the connecting terminal is electrically connected with the two single line conductors.
