An opening-closing member control device includes a motor that opens and closes an opening-closing member of a vehicle, and a control unit configured to stop the motor when determining that a foreign object has been entrapped by the opening-closing member and reverse the motor when a delay time elapses after stopping the motor. When the control unit determines that entrapment has occurred upon operation of a remote operation switch that is separated from the vehicle, the control unit reverses the motor after the delay time that is shorter than when determining that entrapment has occurred upon operation of a vehicle operation switch that is arranged in the vehicle.

Opening/closing member control device

An open-close body driving device includes a motor configured to open and close an open-close body included in a vehicle and a controller controlling a movement speed of the open-close body driven by the motor. The controller is configured to move the open-close body at a normal speed based on a vehicle-side operating signal output by operation of an operating switch installed on the vehicle and at a speed lower than the normal speed based on a remote operating signal output by operation of a mobile device. The controller is configured so that in a shutting region having a predetermined dimension from a fully-closed position toward an open side, closing movement of the open-close body based on the remote operating signal is slower than closing movement of the open-close body based on the vehicle-side operating signal.

Open-close body driving device

A drive device drives a window glass of a door. A controller, which controls the drive device, executes a step of sensing an amount of load that is generated by contact between a seal member and the window glass after reaching of the window glass to a start position, at which a full closing control operation of the drive device starts. The controller executes a step of determining whether the amount of load reaches a predetermined value that is set to a value to be attained before reaching of the window glass to a mechanical limit position. The controller executes a step of stopping supply of an electric power to the drive device after it is determined that the amount of load reaches the predetermined value. The controller cancels the determining step or changes the predetermined value depending on the amount of voltage of the drive device.

Openable and closable member control apparatus and openable and closable member control method

A vehicle window opening device includes an open-close controller, a drawing determination unit, a restriction unit, and an initial mask zone setting unit. The drawing determination unit determines that a vehicle window has drawn in an object when a characteristic value of a motor is greater than or equal to a determination threshold value. The open-close controller executes anti-drawing control based on the drawing determination. The restriction unit restricts the open-close controller from executing the anti-drawing control when the vehicle window is located in the initial mask zone. The initial mask zone setting unit sets an initial mask zone to a normal value when a position where the vehicle window starts to open is located outside a fully closed region and to a fully closed region value that is greater than the normal value when the position where the vehicle window starts to open is located in the fully closed region.

Vehicle window opening device

A controller for an opening and closing member includes a driving mechanism, a detection portion, a control portion, and a determination portion. When the determination portion determines that the foreign matter exists in a period where the driving mechanism is operating, the control portion executes an interrupt operation to interrupt an operation of the driving mechanism. When the detection portion detects that the door is changed from the opening state to the closing state in a period from a time point before the determination portion determines that the foreign matter exists to a time point after the determination portion determines that the foreign matter exists, the control portion executes a restart operation to restart one of a first operation and a second operation that is the operation of the driving mechanism executed right before the interrupt operation.

Controller for opening and closing member

An open-close member control apparatus is to prevent a foreign matter from being trapped to a window glass serving as an open-close member that is driven to open by manipulation of a manipulation switch. When a trapping detection section determines that the foreign matter is trapped to the window glass, power supply to a driving device is stopped to stop opening of the window glass. Then, it is determined whether a predetermined condition is satisfied for approving re-open of the window glass. When the predetermined condition is satisfied, the power supply to the driving device is re-started. Opening of the window glass is thereby enabled again.

Open-close member control apparatus and method for controlling open-close member

In a closure panel control apparatus, an ECU controls a rotational speed of an electric motor, which provides a drive force to drive a closure panel in an opening movement and a closing movement thereof. The ECU obtains a vehicle speed measured with a vehicle speed sensor and receives a command signal from a switch, which is operable by an occupant of a vehicle to command the opening movement or the closing movement of the closure panel. The ECU controls the rotational speed of the electric motor based on the measured vehicle speed that is obtained at the time of receiving the command signal from the switch.

Closure panel control apparatus

A power window device includes window glass, an elevating mechanism, and a control device for detecting pinching of a foreign object by the window glass. The control device calculates an amount (a rotation speed variation &#x3a3;&#x394;&#x3c9;) of the pinching based on a variation amount of an opening/closing speed of the window glass, and estimates the amount (a rotation speed variation &#x3a3;&#x394;&#x3c9;) of the pinching before the opening/closing speed changes due to the pinching. The control device determines the pinching of the foreign object based on these pinching calculation and estimation amounts.
