A digital camera apparatus is disclosed, which includes a recorder for recording a plurality of informative data of items, as an information file, to be used in classifying and arranging image data, a microphone for inputting voices, a voice decipher for deciphering a content of expression made by the voices picked up through the microphone, an item informative data extractor for extracting an informative datum of an item which informative datum is analogous to the deciphered content of the expression from the information file, and an item informative data recorder for recording the informative datum of the item extracted by the extractor into an Exif file for the image data.

Digital camera apparatus

An imaging apparatus comprises a slot to insert an external memory. An information file in which a fixed form phrase is inputted in the external memory is defined. The imaging apparatus comprises functions to select the fixed form phrase from the information file designated by an operation from the imaging apparatus and register the information data selected at the time of photographing into an Exif file. The information file can be attached to the Exif file only by selecting the information data corresponding to a content provided in the external memory. A screen display of the imaging apparatus can be switched automatically in accordance with defined attribute by a switching operation or a content of work from the imaging apparatus.

The recognizing device automatically recognizes the printed code of the image scanned by triggering a first release by the image inputting device before determining and recording the image in a second release by the image inputting device.
