A fan attachment structure for attaching a fan to a casing is provided. The casing includes an accommodation portion configured to accommodate the fan, and an engaged portion formed on a side surface of the accommodation portion. The fan includes an engagement portion formed in a housing, and configured to engage with the engaged portion to restrict movement of the fan in a direction from an interior of the accommodation portion to an opening portion, and a rattling suppressing mechanism formed on a surface of the housing facing toward the side surface of the accommodation portion and configured to bias the fan in a direction apart from the side surface of the accommodation portion.

A cooling structure for an electronic device is configured to include internal heat dissipating fins (first heat dissipating member) accommodated inside a casing together with being disposed on a printed circuit board serving as a circuit substrate, and external heat dissipating fins (second heat dissipating member), a portion of which is exposed externally of the casing. The external heat dissipating fins include a heat input blade member which is fitted into a first heat dissipating blade member that constitutes the internal heat dissipating fins, and a second heat dissipating blade member which is exposed externally of the casing. A heat transfer part adapted to transmit heat from the heat input blade member to the second heat dissipating blade member is interposed between the heat input blade member and the second heat dissipating blade member.

Cooling structure for electronic device

Elongated top panel heat dissipation slits each include a first long side sidewall that extends in a depth direction of a first long side, and a second long side sidewall that extends in the depth direction of a second long side. For example, the second long side sidewall is provided with projection portions that protrude toward the first long side sidewall. Then, step portions are formed. The step portions incline to a lower side as the step portions extend away from printed circuit boards. An inclined rib inclining to a lower side in an extension direction of a casing locates near lower end portions of the step portions.

An electronic device unit includes a printed board housing body, a printed board, and a front face panel to which the printed board is fixed. The front face panel is provided with hooks each having a tip provided with a recessed part and knobs for disengaging the hooks. The printed board housing body includes engagement parts each provided with a protruding part to fit with the recessed part of each hook. Pinching the knobs for removing the front face panel from the printed board housing body causes the hooks turn in directions such that engagement between the hooks and the engagement parts and fitting between the recessed parts and the protruding parts are released.

An electronic device according to the present invention includes a fan motor disposed at the upper side of a ventilation hole in an upper wall part of a casing containing an electronic component. A fluid receiving part for receiving fluid is positioned beneath lowermost points of vanes of the fan motor.

In an electrical shield structure of an electronic device unit and a control panel housing, a metal frame includes a plurality of protrusions having conductivity and having heights to come into contact with the control panel housing. The plurality of protrusions are provided at positions which surround an electronic component. A packing includes a plurality of holes through which the protrusions are inserted at positions corresponding to the positions of the protrusions.

A housing for a module in which a printed circuit board is housed and a housing for a base unit in which a printed circuit board is housed are each provided with an opening for a connector, and a convex portion and/or a concave portion is provided around the connector opening so that a cutting fluid is prevented from dripping and spreading on the connector that electrically connects units such as the module and the base unit.

Drip-proof structure of electronic apparatus

A fan motor is mounted on the upper wall of the casing. The lower surface of this upper wall is formed into an inclined surface in which inclination is formed from the front wall side of the casing toward a back wall across from the front wall. When the fan motor is driven, oil mist or moisture contained in the air are condensed into water droplets or oil droplets. These water droplets or oil droplets fall and flow to the inner wall surface of the upper wall of the casing along the inner peripheral wall of a vent hole. Then the water droplets or oil droplets flow along the profile line of a vent hole smoothly (without stopping) and roll down the side wall of the casing.

Casing structure for electronic equipment

A numerical control device comprises a box structure, a board unit housed inside the box structure, a wire distribution board disposed on the rear surface of the box structure, and a fan unit detachably mounted to the top surface of the box structure. The fan unit has a fan motor inside. A first connector wired from a power supply terminal is secured to the box structure while a second connector wired from a fan motor is secured to the fan unit at a position opposite the first connector secured to the box structure. Thus, the second connector can be connected to and removed from the first connector.
