Providing a super-high pressure lamp having increased pressure resistance. The super-high pressure lamp includes: an arc tube; and a sealing portion in which a front end of an exhaust pipe capable of exhausting gas in the arc tube or supplying gas into the arc tube is sealed, wherein, in the sealing portion, a height of a first sealed space, which has a tapered shape that becomes narrower toward a front end of the sealing portion, is larger than twice an inner diameter of the first sealed space.

Super-high pressure lamp

In the excimer lamp according to the present invention, a flat discharge vessel having a substantially rectangular cross-sectional shape and comprising a pair of planar parts and a pair of side-surface parts has a pair of external electrodes disposed on the respective outer surfaces of the planar parts. The end parts of the external electrodes are provided with an auxiliary electrode extending to a region that is made smaller than the distance between the planar parts. A lead that supplies electricity to the external electrode is connected to the auxiliary electrode in the region that is made smaller than the distance between the planar parts.

To provide a light irradiation device using a plurality of flash lamps in which a structure that can emit high intensity light as a whole and enables a flash lamp to be used for a practical lifetime without increasing an input current to each lamp is adopted. A light emission surface is provided on a distal end on a second electrode introducing part side of a light-emitting tube of a flash lamp including a first electrode introducing part and the second electrode introducing part, and a plurality of flash lamps are arranged in a standing manner on a top plate of a processing chamber so that the light emission surface faces the inside of the processing chamber.

A laser driven lamp includes a metallic main body having a columnar shape. The lamp also includes an ellipsoidal reflecting surface formed in the main body such that the ellipsoidal reflecting surface has a focal point at which the laser beam converges. The lamp also includes a light exit window in front of the ellipsoidal reflecting surface. The light exit window transmits ultraviolet light. The lamp also includes a laser beam passing hole formed at a predetermined position of the main body such that this hole penetrates the main body in an optical axial direction of the lamp. The laser driven lamp comprising: a main body having a columnar shape; a concave reflecting portion formed at a front side of the main body, the concave reflecting portion having a focal point at which the laser beam converges; a light exit window provided in front of the concave reflecting portion; a laser beam passing hole formed at a center of the main body, the laser beam passing hole penetrating the main body in an optical axial direction of the lamp; and a light entrance window provided at a rear side of the main body, the laser beam being incident to the light entrance window, the main body, the light exit window and the light entrance window constituting in combination a closed space, and the light emitting gas being enclosed in the closed space.

Vehicle air conditioning control device

A graphical user interface device includes an operation procedure information database, a display element information database, an operation determination section, a display element selection section, and an integrated procedure and display-element screen preparation section. Procedure information and a display item to be operated by an operator are registered in the operation procedure information database. The procedure information is text information forming an operation manual. The operation determination section determines a current operation step based on information given from an actual plant. The integrated procedure and display-element screen preparation section prepares a layout of an operation screen allowing the procedure information and the display item of the current operation step to be simultaneously displayed on a single screen of the input/output equipment.

Graphical user interface device

A monitor control system includes a focused information database and a report determination part. The focused information database is configured to store focused information that is information associating a focused item focused by each operator with the operator with respect to actual plant information. The report determination part outputs report determination information independently for each operator based on the actual plant information and the focused information. The determination information indicates a measured value, an alert, and a set value that are coincident with the focused items focused by a certain operator and additionally that is determined to need to be reported.

Monitor control system

A flash lamp device having a flash lamp that includes an arc tube in which a pair of electrodes are disposed in opposition and a high voltage supply proximal conductor which extends parallel to the electrodes, on the exterior of the arc tube of the flash lamp. The high voltage supply proximal conductor is supported in an interior space of a sealed tubular body having a dielectric member with a greater permittivity than that of air.

Flash lamp device and flash emitting device

A product wafer processed by a semiconductor manufacturing apparatus is transferred to a check apparatus for checking, and a result thereof is sent to a host computer. Sealing body having a shielding layer for hermetically sealing a tube lamp

An aqueous cutting liquid comprises a cationic water-soluble resin having an amine value of 20 to 200 mgKOH/g, and at least one rheology control agent selected from the group consisting of an inorganic bentonite, an organic bentonite and an aqueous silica sol, wherein the content of a nonvolatile matter of the rheology control agent is 0.1 to 30 percent by weight of the amount of the nonvolatile matter of the cationic water-soluble resin. An aqueous cutting agent comprises the aqueous cutting liquid, and an abrasive grain, wherein the content of the abrasive grain is 100 to 1000 percent by weight of the amount of the nonvolatile matter of the aqueous cutting liquid. A hard and brittle material is cut by a cutting device using the aqueous cutting agent. The present invention provides an aqueous cutting agent which is excellent in dispersion stability of the abrasive grain and viscosity stability during cutting/slicing operations, aqueous cutting liquid usable for the aqueous cutting agent, and a cutting/slicing method excellent in cutting performance, cleanability and the like of the work material on cutting/slicing hard and brittle material by using the cutting agent.
