The present invention provides a fishing spinning reel including a reel unit and a rotor that is rotatably supported by the reel unit. The reel unit includes: a body that has a side opening portion and in which a spool reciprocating device is housed and supported; a lid that closes the side opening portion; and a cover member mounted on a rear portion of the body. A handle shaft is rotatably supported by the body and the lid. In the rear portion of the body, a rear opening portion for receiving at least a part of a component of the spool reciprocating device and disposing the component on the rear side is formed. The cover member covers the rear opening portion and the component.

Spinning reel for fishing

A meshed state between a drive gear and a pinion gear can be maintained with high accuracy, and rigidity of a reel body is increased. Entry of dust and water between a side opening portion and a lid member is prevented and tangling of a fishing line is avoided. A fishing spinning reel includes a lid member closing a side opening portion provided in a body and a handle shaft is rotatably supported by at least the lid member. A female screw portion is provided on the side opening portion, and a male screw portion is provided on the lid member. There are provided a drive gear, a pinion gear meshed with the drive gear, a front bearing rotatably supporting a front portion of the pinion gear, and a rear bearing rotatably supporting a rear portion thereof.

One object is to provide a fishing spinning reel which ensures the concentricity of the spool shaft with respect to the pinion gear and enables the spool shaft to be smoothly and accurately reciprocated back and forth without rattling during rotational operation of the handle. The fishing spinning reel includes a support member supporting the front end of the spool shaft and having a concentric fitting portion for achieving concentricity with respect to the pinion gear. The spool shaft is supported at two points, one at the support member positioned in front of a front end of the pinion gear, and the other is a slide member of an oscillation device, whereby an outer circumferential surface of the spool shaft does not contact the inner circumferential surface of the pinion gear and the gap is maintained.

Fishing spinning reel

A fishing spinning reel according to the disclosure includes a drive shaft sleeve rotatably supported by a reel body, a spool shaft that reciprocates back and forth, an cylindrical aligning holder attached on a front end portion of the drive shaft sleeve, and a bearing that is fitted on an inner peripheral surface of the aligning holder and supports the spool shaft slidably in a front-rear direction. The aligning holder includes a bearing fitted portion that is situated in front of the front end portion of the drive shaft sleeve and has the inner peripheral surface on which the bearing is fitted, and a concentric fitting portion fitted into the front end portion of the drive shaft sleeve to obtain a high concentricity of the bearing with the drive shaft sleeve.

According to one aspect of the disclosure, it is possible to provide a fishing spinning reel that can securely prevent penetration of seawater and foreign substances into a bearing, have a sufficient durability for use in harsh environments, a fine rotational performance, and easy handling and maintenance. In the fishing spinning reel of the disclosure, a magnetic fluid sealed bearing in which a magnetic fluid seal is provided integrally with a bearing, and a line roller is rotatably supported on a supporting shaft through the magnetic fluid sealed bearing. A magnetic fluid seal is provided on both sides of a bearing body of the bearing. Moreover, a magnetic fluid of the magnetic fluid seal includes an outer ring magnet fluid retained between an outer ring and a magnet, and an inner ring magnetic fluid retained between the inner ring and a retaining plate.

Design supporting system for supporting component design

In a first embodiment of the present invention, a fishing line latching member can be returned from the fishing line releasable state (clutch OFF) to the fishing line windable state (clutch ON) simply by operating a return operation member, without rotatably operating the handle as in a conventional manner. This enables the user to respond promptly even when he/she gets a bite immediately after casting the fishing line. The invention is to offer a fishing reel having a power transmission mechanism enabling to remove backlash in a gear row with a simple structure. The fishing reel according to the invention has a power transmission mechanism for transmitting driving force so as to drive a rotor supported to a reel main body owing to rotating operation of a handle rotatably supported to the reel main body, and is characterized in that a driving force transmitting part of the power transmission mechanism is provided with a rotation power transmitting instrument to be effected by friction of an elastic member.

Reel for fishing

An electronic apparatus is provided with a base unit and a display unit. The base unit has an opening formed on the upper surface. The display unit incorporates a display device and supported by the base unit. The display unit is rotatable between a first position where it is tilted down in such a manner as to cover the upper surface of the base unit and a second position where it is raised in such a manner as to expose the upper surface. The display unit includes a projection portion which is inserted into the opening when the display unit is rotated to the first position. A switch for turning the display device on or off is arranged inside the base unit. The switch includes an operation element opposed to the opening of the base unit.
