Provided is a thermally curable resin composition which can give cured objects having low-dielectric characteristics, high heat resistance, a low modulus, and a low water absorption and which has satisfactory adhesiveness to substrates. The thermally curable resin composition comprises: a bismaleimide compound (A) including a constituent unit represented by formula (1) and containing maleimide groups at both ends of the molecular chain; a thermally curable resin or compound (B); and a polymerization initiator (C) and/or a curing accelerator (D).

The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a novel compound which can generate a base and radical upon the irradiation with an active energy ray; a photopolymerization initiator which comprises the novel compound; and a photosensitive resin composition which contains the photopolymerization initiator, has high sensitivity and excellent storage stability, and can be formed into a cured article that does not have a metal-corrosive property. A swash plate type axial piston pump improved in respect to wear or abrasion-resistant capability of sliding members of the pump adapted to rotate relative to each other for protecting them from rapid wearing even upon high rotation of the pump. The axial piston pump includes a housing (1), a rotatable shaft (3) supported rotatably within the housing (1), an axial piston pump including a cylinder block (15) mounted on the shaft (3) axially slideably therealong and co-rotatably therewith and a plurality of pistons (21) accommodated axially reciprocatively within a corresponding number of cylinders, respectively, which extend axially, being arrayed around the rotatable shaft (3), a swash plate (23) disposed for moving reciprocatively the pistons (21) in axial direction as the shaft (3) is rotated, and a plurality of sliding members which are incorporated slideably relative to one another for constituting parts of the pump. At least one of the plural sliding members such as the valve plate (31), the cylinder block (15), the shoe (25), the swash plate (23), the shoe holder (27) and the supporting member (24) is coated with a nickel-phosphor-Teflon layer by plating.

Swash plate type axial piston pump

A swash plate type axial piston pump of enhanced assemblability and high assembling efficiency, in which looseness between constituent members of the pump is suppressed to minimum. A valve plate (31) and a cylinder block (15) are inserted in a first housing section (1a) sequentially, and then a second housing section (1b) is installed on the cylinder block (15) around an outer periphery and fixedly secured to the first housing section (1a), wherein an annular resilient member (29), an annular supporting member (24) and an annular shoe holder (27) are inserted in the second housing section (1b) sequentially. A plurality of pistons (21) each having a shoe (25) connected pivotally at one end are inserted into the cylinders (13), respectively, of the cylinder block (15) through retaining holes (27a), respectively, formed in the annular shoe holder (27). A swash plate (23) is inserted into the second housing section (1b) such that one lateral surface thereof bears against the shoes (25) with an outer peripheral portion of the swash plate (23) bearing against an end surface of the annular supporting member (24). A third housing section (1c) supporting the rotatable shaft (3) is attached to the second housing section (1b) and then a bracket (8) incorporating an input shaft (11) and a magnetic coupling (9) is attached to the third housing section (1c).

Swash plate type axial piston pump and method of assembling the same

In a swash plate type axial piston pump, a swash plate 23 is fixed and supported in a cabinet while being inclined with respect to the center axial line of a rotary shaft 3. A cylinder block 15 having a plurality of cylinders 13 is attached to the rotary shaft 3 so that the cylinder block 15 slides of the rotary shaft 3 in the axial direction thereof and is rotated integrally therewith. Each one end of a plurality of pistons 21 is slidingly engaged with the cylinder 13 and the other end thereof is abutted against the swash plate 23 through a shoe 25. A valve plate 31 having a suction port 33 and a discharge port 35 is disposed so as to be abutted against the inner surface of the cabinet 1 and the bottom the cylinder block 15 so that a suction path 39 and a discharge path 41 in the cabinet 1 are selectively communicated with a pump chamber 14 in each cylinder through the suction port 33 and the discharge port 35. An operating oil is supplied to the sliding portion between the valve plate 31 and the bottom of the cylinder block 15 by a lubrication means. With this arrangement, since the operating oil is positively supplied to the sliding portion being rotated of the swash plate type axial piston pump, the sliding portion is sufficiently lubricated even if the pump is started to thereby prevent the dry state of the pump.
