An AC electric motor drive system includes a power supply transformer connected to an AC power supply and insulating an AC power supply side and a load side; an AC electric motor; a power converter which converts AC voltage outputted from the power supply transformer to output AC voltage, and which outputs the output AC voltage to the AC electric motor; and a capacitive component having one end connected to the load side of the power supply transformer, and another end grounded.

AC electric motor drive system

A power conversion device includes a filter unit including an active noise canceler including an active element reducing low frequency components contained in common mode noise of noise and lower than a predetermined threshold frequency, and a passive filter including a passive element reducing normal mode noise of noise and high frequency components contained in the common mode noise of noise and equal to or higher than the threshold frequency. The active noise canceler includes a choke coil having a primary winding to which a first alternating current power is supplied and a secondary winding outputting a current, a filter circuit reducing a high frequency region of the current of the secondary winding, an amplifier circuit amplifying output of the filter circuit and securing a required amount of the current, and a current injection circuit injecting output of the amplifier circuit to each phase of the first alternating current power.

Power conversion device

An AC motor drive motor system includes a charge and discharge controller controlling a charging and discharging circuit based on a DC voltage value on the output side of a converter and a charging and discharging current value of a power storage device. The charge and discharge controller, when regenerative power via an inverter from an AC motor exceeds a power threshold, charges the power storage device such that the DC voltage value becomes a voltage threshold corresponding to the power threshold. When regenerative power is the power threshold or less, the converter performs regeneration when the DC voltage value reaches a regeneration start voltage threshold or higher, and ends regeneration when the DC voltage value reaches a regeneration end voltage threshold or lower. The DC-voltage-value time averaged value during regeneration is set lower than that at no-load time when the converter does not perform power supply and regeneration.

AC motor drive system

When regenerative power from an AC motor via an inverter exceeds a predetermined power threshold, a charging/discharging control unit, which outputs a control signal for controlling the inverter on the basis of a DC bus voltage value and a charging/discharging current value, causes a power storage device to be charged such that the DC bus voltage value becomes a voltage threshold corresponding to the power threshold and causes a charging current at a start time of charging to the power storage device to start from a charging current value that is based on a DC bus voltage value.

A stereoscopic video viewing limiter extracts factor information related to different factors affecting a viewer of a stereoscopic video display from a video signal, generates corresponding effect coefficients representing the degree of effect on the viewer, integrates the effect coefficients as the viewer watches the stereoscopic video image, compares the integrated values with respective thresholds determined according to the viewer's tolerances for each of the factors, and generates a viewing limitation signal when the tolerances are exceeded. The viewing limitation signal is used to limit viewing to a two-dimensional video image instead of the stereoscopic video image. When several viewers watch the same stereoscopic video display, separate viewing limitation signals are generated, tailored to the viewers' individual stereoscopic viewing tolerances, permitting each viewer to enjoy the stereoscopic video display as long as possible without adverse effects.

Display device

In an image processing system, an outline correction of image data and a smoothing for noise removal are performed. Generally, the outline correction is performed by emphasizing a high frequency component, and the smoothing is performed by removing the high frequency component. Within one image data, by properly switching the emphasizing and the removal of the high frequency component, while the outline correction is carried out, the noise removal can be performed. An absolute value of a high frequency component Fa extracted from the image data Pi by a first differential filter is compared with a discrimination threshold value K, and depending on the comparison result, either Fa or -Fa as the correction data Fo is selected by a selector and is added to the image data Pi. As a result, when Fo=Fa, the high frequency component is emphasized, and when Fo=-Fa, smoothing is performed. A pixel interpolation and a multi picture formation are also disclosed.
