A power transmission pin relating to the present disclosure includes a shaft portion and an externally threaded portion configured to fixedly attach the shaft portion onto a speed changing mechanism, the externally threaded portion being formed on an end of the shaft portion in an axial direction, the externally threaded portion and the shaft portion being coaxially arranged. A speed reducer relating to one aspect of the present disclosure includes: an internal gear having a casing and a plurality of outer pins, where the casing surrounds a main axis, and the outer pins are rotatably arranged in pin grooves provided on an inner periphery of the casing; an external gear meshing with the internal gear; an eccentric body for oscillating the external gear; a carrier rotatable relative to the casing; and a main bearing having an inner sliding surface and an outer sliding surface, where the inner sliding surface is rotatable integrally with the casing, and the outer sliding surface is rotatable integrally with the carrier. One of the inner and outer sliding surfaces is made of resin, and the other of the inner and outer sliding surfaces is made of a thermally conductive material that is more wear-resistant than the resin.

Speed reducer

A speed reducing mechanism according to one embodiment of the disclosure includes a case, internal tooth pins, an oscillating gear meshing with the internal tooth pins, an input crankshaft transmitting a rotational force to the oscillating gear, and an output shaft to which a rotational force of the oscillating gear is transmitted. One of the shafts at least partially has a shaft-side high thermal conductivity portion that extends over the entire axial length of the shaft and has a thermal conductivity higher than the thermal conductivity of the oscillating gear.

Gear mechanism and robot

A speed reducing mechanism according to one embodiment includes an output shaft, carriers each of which has an output shaft hole, and oscillating gears each of which has an output shaft insertion hole. The output shaft is inserted in the output shaft hole and the output shaft insertion hole and contacts the inner peripheral surfaces. The surface roughness Ra of the inner peripheral surfaces defining the output shaft hole and output shaft insertion hole is equal to or less than 1.6 μm. The static friction coefficient of the inner peripheral surfaces against the output shaft is equal to or less than 0.2.

A rotation mechanism according to the disclosure includes: an output portion for outputting, to a mating member, rotation of a drive source producing a rotational force; a coupling member for coupling the mating member and the output portion by elastic deformation; and an anti-rotation portion for preventing relative rotation between the mating member and the output portion.

A speed reducer with a falling-off prevention feature according to an aspect of the disclosure includes: a speed reducer for decelerating rotation from a drive source that generates a rotational force and outputting the decelerated rotation, the speed reducer being mounted to a robot; and a coupling member for coupling the speed reducer to the robot. The coupling member maintains coupling between the speed reducer and the robot irrespective of displacement of the speed reducer relative to the robot.

A speed reducer according to one embodiment of the disclosure includes: a casing; a carrier disposed rotatably relative to the casing; a speed reduction mechanism that is disposed in the casing and reduces rotation inputted from a motor and outputs reduced rotation; and a bolt protruding from the carrier toward the outside of the casing. The bolt has a male threaded portion that is configured to engage with a female threaded portion provided in a second arm.

A speed reducer casing of the present invention has inner teeth on an inner periphery thereof. The speed reducer casing includes an inner tooth portion and a casing body portion, the inner tooth portion including the inner teeth, the casing body portion supporting the inner tooth portion. The inner tooth portion is formed of a material having a higher slidability than the casing body portion. The casing body portion is formed of a material having a higher hardness than the inner tooth portion.

One object is to provide a speed reducer provided with a buffer mechanism for reducing an external force and capable of reliably measuring a load torque during an operation. A speed reducing device includes a speed reducing mechanism for reducing a rotation speed of an output with respect to an input between an input rotary shaft and an output rotary shaft, a housing that houses the speed reducing mechanism, and a buffer unit formed of an elastic member and having a cushion force acting mainly in a substantially rotational tangential direction. An amount of displacement of the housing generated by the buffer unit is measured by a measurement device.
