There is provided a vehicular seat capable of using an air supply fan having a relatively small capacity so that a thickness of the air supply fan does not become one of factors in determining a thickness of a seat in realizing the reduction of the thickness of the seat. A vehicular seat includes: an air supply fan; an air supply chamber which forms a passage for air supplied from the air supply fan; and a urethane pad which sandwiches the air supply chamber and has a plurality of portions in each of which a hole through which air supplied from the air supply chamber passes is formed. The air supply chamber is formed so as to cover in a planar surface shape a region of the urethane pad including the plurality of portions in each of which the hole is formed.

Vehicular seat

A vehicle seat includes: a chamber in which at least a seat-front-surface side is covered with a pad and which circulates the air blown from a front surface of a seat through the pad; a fan configured to send air into the chamber; and a support body which supports the chamber so as to be able to sink in an acting direction of a load applied to the surface of the seat. The chamber includes a first region and a second region, and the first region and the second region are configured to allow subduction of the chamber independently of each other.

In order to make it possible to deal with the states of a seatback from an upright state to a fully reclined state without degrading performance of blowing air from a fan, attached to a seat cushion-side, toward the seatback-side, this vehicle seat having an air conditioning function, is configured to be provided with: an air conditioning fan; fan side piping which is connected with the fan; and seat cushion or seatback side piping which is connected with an air flow passage formed in the seat cushion or the seatback, wherein the fan side piping and the seat cushion or seatback side piping are coupled together slidably in a state where an end of one is partially inserted into an end of the other, and at least one piping of either the fan side pining or the seat cushion or seatback side piping is equipped with a bellows structure.

Vehicle seat equipped with air conditioning function

A vehicle seat includes a seat cushion including: a pad; and a support portion which supports the pad. The support portion deforms in accordance with a load applied to the pad, and allows sinking of the pad due to the deformation, and a deformation amount per unit load of the support portion, in a high load range equal to or greater than a predetermined load, is smaller than a deformation amount per unit load of the support portion, in a low load range less than a predetermined load.

Vehicle seat having seat cushion of reduced thickness

A vehicle seat, wherein in order to ensure that air reliably flows through the entire sir channel formed on the seat obverse surface side when a blower on the seat reverse surface side is operated while an occupant is seated on the seat, a hole part passing from the surface on the side for seating the occupant through to the surface on the opposite side from the surface on the side for seating the occupant is formed through each urethane pad in a seat back and a seat cushion of the vehicle seat, the interiors of the hole parts formed in the urethane pads are filled with a material that is more breathable than the urethane pads, a plurality of grooves extending from the hole parts are formed on the surface of each of the urethane pads on the side for seating the occupant, and a blower for discharging or intaking air from the surface of each of the urethane pads on the side for seating the occupant through the hole parts filled with the breathable material is provided on the surface of each of the urethane pads on the side opposite the side for seating the occupant.

A vehicle seat including a seat cushion and a seat back is constructed such that at least one of the seat cushion or the seat back includes: a blower fan, a blower chamber defining a ventilation passage of air sent from the blower fan, and a urethane pad sandwiching the blower chamber and formed with a plurality of vent holes allowing the air from the blower chamber to flow there-through. The ventilation passage in the blower chamber is formed across the full width of the blower chamber, and the blower chamber is formed with through-holes having a diameter smaller than that of the vent holes of the urethane pad and in a manner that the plurality of through-holes are overlapped with one vent hole in the urethane pad.

A seat with a ventilation system that maintains seated person's coolness by blowing air to minimum segments of a seatback and a seat cushion so that seated person's comfort is maintained is provided. Air-blowing means is controlled in air-blowing quantity and air-blowing time periodically by air-blowing control means, and air blowing in each period is set to include a first term Tin which a predetermined quantity of air is blown and a second term Tin which the predetermined quantity of air to be blown is gradually reduced.

Seat with ventilation system

A plurality of first spring members is each disposed to bridge between a back frame and a first support member, and a blower unit is disposed on an opposite side to a cushion member side on the first support member. Second spring members and third spring members are each disposed to bridge between a cushion frame and a second support member, and a blower unit is disposed on an opposite side to a cushion member side on the second support member. Then, the blower units ensure being supported to the spring members without overlapping of the support members and the blower units on the spring members in a thickness direction of a seat back or a seat cushion. This ensures a space in the thickness direction of the seat back or the seat cushion to be efficiently used.

To make a vehicle seat having functionality for blowing air from the surface of the seat feel comfortable for an occupant to sit on without feeling recesses of opening parts of air-blowing grooves thereon, while ensuring that the efficiency of blowing air to the seat surface is kept high. In the vehicle seat, a urethane pad of a seat cushion and a urethane pad of a seat back have through-holes and groove parts formed thereon, wherein the through-holes are connected to a duct at one end, and the groove parts have openings along a surface covered by a seat cover and are connected to the other ends of the through-holes. Each groove part is formed such that the respective opening has a narrower cross-sectional shape than an internal space of the groove part on the inner side of the urethane pad for the seat cushion/seat back.

A vehicular seat having a seat cushion and a seat back, which are configured to be provided with air flow layers capable of being formed by a relatively simple step, is configured to be provided with: the seat cushion on which a vehicle occupant is seated; the seat back against which the vehicle occupant seated on the seat cushion rests his or her back; a fan disposed below the seat cushion; an air delivery duct for delivering to the seat cushion and the seat back, air delivered from the fan; and a seat cover for discharging the air delivered from the air delivery duct, from the surface of the seat cushion and the seat back to the side on which the vehicle occupant is seated. A plurality of groove spaces through which air delivered from the air delivery duct is caused to flow are formed inside the seat cover.

A vehicle seat includes: a seat back frame that is provided with a pair of side frame portions that are located on both left and right sides in the seat transverse direction; an outer-side load transmitting block that is located further to an outer side in the transverse direction of the seat back frame than the side frame portion of the seat back frame, and that transmits an impact load that is input from a side of the vehicle body to the seat back frame; a protruding portion that protrudes from a side surface of the side frame portion on the outer side in the transverse direction of the seat back frame towards the outer side in the transverse direction of the seat back frame; a side airbag apparatus that is located on a front surface of the protruding portion; and an engaging portion that is formed in the outer-side load transmitting block, and that receives the protruding portion. The protruding portion is formed in a box shape that has a supporting surface on a surface thereof that faces the side airbag apparatus.

In a vehicle seat, first and second front links as well as first and second rear links are pivotally connected between a seat cushion frame and a floor of vehicle. The first front link has one pivot point pivotally connected with a drive pinion rotatably supported in one side of the seat cushion frame and another pivot point disposed forwardly of that one pivot point. Likewise, the second front link has one pivot point pivotally connected with the other side of the seat cushion frame and another pivot point disposed forwardly of that one pivot point. A first connecting link element is pivotally connected between the afore-said another pivot point of the first front link and the first rear link. A second connecting link element is pivotally connected between the afore-said another pivot point of the second front link and the second rear link.
