The coating film transfer tool includes a feeding portion that feeds tape with a coating film, a transfer head that transfers the coating film from the tape onto a transfer target surface, a cassette to which the transfer head is fixed, and a head cap. Shaft portions are provided on either the head cap or the transfer head/cassette, and shaft bearing holes are provided on the other one. Due to relative rotation of the shaft portions, the head cap rotates between a closed position for covering the transfer head and an open position for exposing the transfer head. The distances from the rotation axis to the shaft portion and to the shaft bearing hole change along the circumferential direction. The head cap is biased toward the closed position when located on the closed position side, and is biased toward the open position when located on the open position side.

Coating transfer tool

The coating film transfer tool includes: a feeding core around which transfer tape is wound and that feeds a piece of transfer tape, the piece of transfer tape including a piece of base tape and a coating film that is provided on one surface of the piece of base tape; a transfer head that presses the coating film against a transfer target and transfers the coating film thereonto; a winding core that winds up the piece of base tape from which the coating film has been transferred; and an intermediate roller that rotates as the piece of transfer tape travels, in contact with a first surface of the piece of transfer tape fed from the feeding core, the first surface being a surface on which the coating film is not provided. A second surface of the intermediate roller is adhesive with respect to the first surface.

Coating film transfer tool

Provided is a coating film transfer tool comprising an external cassette and an internal cassette housed in the external cassette. The internal cassette includes a supply portion configured to supply transfer tape having a coating film on substrate tape. A pressing and transferring portion is configured to transfer the coating film to a film receiving surface by pressing the transfer tape against the film receiving surface, a take-up portion is configured to take up the substrate tape after the coating film is transferred, and a rotation-in-conjunction mechanism is configured to rotate the supply portion and the take-up portion in conjunction with each other. The external cassette includes a button and an elastic member. The pressing and transferring portion sticks out of the external cassette by the button being pressed, and the pressing and transferring portion retracts into the external cassette by the pressing of the button being stopped.

Provided is a coating film transfer tool in which a coating film can be transferred onto a transfer-target surface in a straight manner without the coating film meandering, even if the coating film transfer tool meanders when the coating film is being transferred. The coating film transfer tool includes a feeding portion; a transfer press portion; and a winding portion. The transfer press portion is provided with a transfer head that transfers the coating film, the transfer head can move in a width direction of the transfer tape independent of the feeding portion and the winding portion. The transfer head is provided with a pair of guide walls that use their inner surfaces to restrict movement of the transfer tape. The pair of guide walls and a tip portion of the transfer head can press against the transfer-target surface at the same time.

In a coating film transfer tool, a tape supply core rotation limiter predetermines the amount of coating film laid down on a receiving surface, to enable erasure of small areas. The permitted rotation of the supply core can be selected from a group of different choices by the use of an adjusting member, releasably engageable with the teeth of a toothed wheel rotatable with the supply core, and movable with the wheel when engaged therewith until engaged with a stop. A spring pawl, engageable with the teeth of the wheel, prevents reverse rotation of the supply core. The adjusting member can be disabled by holding it out of engagement with the toothed wheel, so that the instrument can be used as a conventional coating film transfer tool.

In a combination coating film transfer tool and writing implement, a reversible coating film transfer tool can be fitted to the writing implement in either of two ways: one in which the coating film extending past the transfer head is exposed for use, and the other in which the coating film is protected within a housing formed on the writing implement.

A composite holding tool has a space in a rear barrel to be effectively used in order to expand a range of use of one composite holding tool. The composite holding tool includes a front barrel, a rear barrel rotatably connected to the front barrel, a plurality of holding bodies housed in the front barrel non-rotatably relative to the front barrel and movably in an axial direction, a cam cylinder that rotates integrally with the rear barrel, and can selectively hold any of the plurality of holding bodies, with a tip of the holding body protruding from a tip of the front barrel, by a relative rotation between the front barrel and the rear barrel, and a cartridge connected to the rear barrel or the cam cylinder and placed in the rear barrel. Composite holding tool

In a combination coating film transfer tool and ball-point pen, the transfer tool comprises a case, and a replacement cassette comprising supply and take-up reels and a transfer head. The cassette fits tightly, but removably, in the case, with the tip of the transfer head projecting from the case. The cassette is replaced from time to time, but the case can be reused. Consequently waste of plastic is reduced, and the replacement units can be manufactured less expensively.

Combination coating film transfer and writing implement

A small-sized coating film transfer tool is provided, in which a transfer head is capable of turning relative to a casing. A bearing hole extends widthwise through the main body of a transfer head, and an insertion member, provided at the end of the casing, is inserted into the bearing hole. In the assembly of the tool, the insertion member is inserted into the bearing hole of the transfer head, and, when the casing is united with its cover, an end of the insertion member is engaged with a part of the cover. The inside of the bearing hole of the transfer head comes into line contact with the insertion member, allowing the transfer head to turn smoothly relative to the casing about the contact location.

Replacement cassette tape for tape transfer device

A film transfer apparatus includes an apparatus casing having a feed-core support shaft for detachably mounting a feed core and a take-up core support shaft for detachably mounting a take-up core. The support shafts respectively include a transmission member for causing the feed core to provide a film ribbon take-up speed higher than a ribbon feed speed of the feed core. For slippably coupling the feed core rotation and the take-up core rotation, a slip coupling mechanism is provided. This mechanism is constituted by an engaged portion of the take-up core for engagement with a mating engaging portion of the take-up core support shaft. The engaged portion is elastically deformable to a non-transmission condition with application thereto of a force exceeding a predetermined level. Further, the engaged portion is provided with a mechanical strength smaller than the engaging portion.
