A battery pack disclosed herein may be provided with: a casing having a bottom surface and a front surface; and a plurality of battery cells housed inside the casing. A finger rest recess for a user to put a finger in may be defined across the bottom surface and the front surface of the casing. An anti-slip portion configured to prevent the finger of the user from slipping from rear to front may be arranged in the finger rest recess. The plurality of the battery cells may include a first battery cell arranged frontmost among the plurality of the battery cells. When the battery pack is viewed from below, the finger rest recess and the first battery cell may overlap at least partially.

A battery pack () includes an outer case (), which comprises an upper-part case () and a lower-part case () fixed to the upper-part case (), and a cell case (), which is housed in the outer case (). An engaging part () is provided on one of the upper-part case () and the cell case (). An engaged part (), with which the engaging part () engages, is provided on or in the other of the upper-part case () and the cell case ().

A battery pack contains a plurality of battery cells that includes a first battery cell and a second battery cell; a first thermistor disposed closest to the first battery cell among the battery cells; a second thermistor disposed closest to the second battery cell among the battery cells. A case of the battery pack holds the battery cells, the first thermistor, and the second thermistor. The first battery cell is disposed such that at least one of the other battery cells is interposed between the first battery cell and a wall surface of the case in a direction orthogonal to a longitudinal direction of the first battery cell. The second battery cell is disposed such that none of the other battery cells is interposed between the second battery cell and the wall surface of the case in a direction orthogonal to a longitudinal direction of the second battery cell.

A battery apparatus may include: a plurality of battery cells, each of the battery cells having a positive electrode and a negative electrode; and a plurality of battery tabs. Each of the battery tabs has at least one cell-connection part, which is electrically connected to the positive electrode or the negative electrode of a respective one of the plurality of battery cells, and a sheet part, which is integrally formed with the at least one cell-connection part. Each of the battery tabs may be either a first-type battery tab or a second-type battery tab. The sheet thickness of at least one portion of the first-type battery tab may be larger than the sheet thickness of at least one portion of the second-type battery tab.

A communication adapter attachment device in one aspect of the present disclosure is provided in a working machine, and includes an adapter housing portion, a cap, and a cap-side interface. The cap-side interface is configured to enable viewing of the adapter-side interface and/or an input operation to the adapter-side interface from outside of the working machine, in a state in which the communication adapter is accommodated in the adapter housing portion and the opening is closed with the cap.
