There is provided an analysis device including one or a plurality of analysis units each including a unit main body that is a primary subject of an analysis operation, a first power supply configured to supply power to the unit main body, a unit controller configured to operate the unit main body according to a control signal input from an outside, and switch a connected state/disconnected state between the first power supply and the unit main body, and a second power supply configured to supply lower-voltage power to the unit controller than the first power supply (); and a central controller configured to send a control signal to the unit controller of each of the one or plurality of analysis units.

Analysis device

A column oven includes a main unit, an auxiliary unit, an outside sensor, an internal sensor, a temperature range holding section for holding a plurality of temperature ranges, a temperature range specifying portion for specifying the temperature range to which the outside temperature belongs, a temperature control program holding section for holding a temperature control program for a control method of the main unit and the auxiliary unit in each temperature range in such a way that outputs of the main unit and the auxiliary unit are continuous in the temperature ranges that are adjacent to each other, a control method setting portion for setting a control method of the main unit and the auxiliary unit based on the temperature range specified and the temperature control program, and a temperature control portion for controlling the main unit and the auxiliary unit.

Column oven and liquid chromatograph

A liquid leakage decision unit includes a leak sensor value storage part that stores a leak sensor value that is based on the intensity of a signal received from a gas sensor; a difference calculation part that, when the signal is received from the gas sensor, calculates, as a difference value, a value obtained by subtracting a previous leak sensor value stored in the leak sensor value storage part from a current leak sensor value; and a liquid leakage detection part that compares the difference value calculated by the difference calculation part with a preset threshold, thereby to detect liquid leakage in the column oven.

Liquid chromatograph and column oven for use therein

A difference between sensitivities among different solvents is preliminarily set as a device constant, using a calibration factor Ge, in a calibration-factor holding part. On the other hand, the sensitivities of gas sensors are measured for each gas sensor, but this measurement is not performed on all solvents and is performed on only a certain solvent, and a threshold value resulted therefrom is held as a reference threshold value Vin a reference-threshold-value holding part. A threshold value Vfor another solvent is determined from the reference threshold value Vfor the certain solvent and from the calibration factor Ge as the device constant according to V=V&#xd7;Ge.
