Provided are a sheet stacking device, a counter ejector and a box making machine, wherein: a hopper unit stacks sheet-like cardboard boxes; feeding rolls feed a cardboard box to the hopper unit; and a guiding device is disposed between the feeding rolls and the hopper unit and includes a first guide part that extends in a horizontal direction and guides a lower surface of the cardboard box and a second guide part that extends in a vertical direction and guides a rear end of the cardboard box. Due to this configuration, the occurrence of damage to box making sheets in high-speed conveying of the box making sheets can be suppressed and the box making sheets can be appropriately stacked in a prescribed posture.

A corrugated fiberboard printing device includes a protection device which regulates approaching of a corrugated fiberboard within a predetermined distance against an inkjet head, and a controller. The protection device includes multiple regulation devices which are juxtaposed in a width direction of the corrugated fiberboard, and a movement mechanism which moves each of the multiple regulation devices in the width direction. The controller includes a specific column setting unit which is set to classify a specific column, in which a printing quality is less influenced even when the specific column is regulated by the regulation device, with respect to the corrugated fiberboard in a sheet width direction based on order information, and a movement mechanism control unit which controls the operation of the movement mechanism and moves each of the regulation devices so as to regulate the corrugated fiberboard in the specific column.

Method and device for producing box of corrugated board sheet

A method of applying glue to a gluing margin of the corrugated board sheet includes the steps of: applying pressure on the glue gun by a first pressure device to compensate self-weight of the glue gun; detecting a reaction force of the gluing margin by a reaction-force sensor on a downstream side of a slotter creaser arranged on an upstream side of the glue gun, the gluing margin being compressed in the slotter creaser; and applying pressure on the gluing margin by a second pressure device, the pressure to be applied by the second pressure device being set in accordance with a detection value of the reaction-force sensor.

In a printer for corrugated cardboard sheets and a box making machine for corrugated cardboard sheets, a control device that controls an operation of an air cylinder is provided such that an ink supply roll is moved toward or away from a printing cylinder relative to an intermediate position of a gap between ends of a printing plate attached on a surface of a printing cylinder. With this configuration, ink of an ink supply roll is appropriately transferred to the printing plate, an ink film on the printing plate is uniformized, and then printing precision is enhanced.
