An endoscope conduit switching device includes: a movable piston portion that is movable to be inserted into and removed from a conduit of an endoscope, the movable piston portion including a piston and a packing, the piston being made of resin and extending along a conduit of an endoscope, the piston including a proximal end portion and a small diameter portion thinner than the proximal end portion, the packing being made of an elastic material and being provided on an outer circumference of at least a part of the proximal end portion and on an outer circumference of the small diameter portion, the packing being configured to fill a gap between the piston inserted in the conduit and the conduit.

An endoscope conduit switching device includes: an attachment to be attached to an endoscope; a movable spring bearing that is movably held by the attachment and that has a rib that is cylindrical; a movable piston that has a rib receiver groove into which the rib is inserted and that is movable to be inserted into and removed from a conduit of the endoscope; and a shaft that is movably held by the movable spring bearing; a cap that is fixed to one end of the shaft; and a first coil spring configured to bias the movable spring bearing and the cap in directions away from each other, wherein a side surface of the rib of the movable spring bearing and a side surface of the rib receiver groove of the movable piston are at least partly joined with each other.

An endoscope valve for controlling connection states of a plurality of conduits formed in an endoscope includes: a piston portion; and an attachment member. The piston portion includes a seal portion. A surface of the attachment member facing the seal portion includes a first inner peripheral surface which is axially symmetrical to a central axis of the attachment member and has a diameter smaller than a diameter of an outer periphery of the seal portion, a second inner peripheral surface which is axially symmetrical to the central axis of the attachment member and has a diameter equal to or larger than the diameter of the outer periphery of the seal portion, and a connection surface which is axially symmetrical to the central axis of the attachment member and connects the first inner peripheral surface and the second inner peripheral surface to each other.

An endoscope valve for switching connection states of a plurality of conduits formed in an endoscope includes: a cap including a leak hole through which a gas flowing via the conduit is dischargeable to an outside; and a shaft whose one end is connected to the cap, the shaft having a rod shape, extending in a longitudinal direction, and including: a main body portion including a hole portion forming a hollow space and a communication hole extending in a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the shaft and communicating with the hole portion and an outside; and a seal member including a protrusion portion provided in the hole portion and the communication hole, the protrusion portion protruding in the intersection direction from the communication hole.

An endoscope valve switches connection states of a plurality of conduits formed in an endoscope to supply air or water, and includes: a cap; a rod-shaped shaft; and an attachment member into which the shaft is inserted. The shaft includes a main body portion including a hole portion having a hollow space extending along the longitudinal direction from another end which is a side opposite to a side of the one end, and a check valve configured to control a flow of a fluid in a space extending along the longitudinal direction from between the shaft and the attachment member. The check valve surrounds an outer surface of the main body portion, is exposed to an outside of the main body portion via the hole portion, has a diameter forming an outer periphery which increases toward a side of the other end, and is elastically deformable.

An endoscope valve includes: a piston portion; and an attachment member including a surface forming a hollow space extending in a central axis direction. The piston portion includes: protrusions protruding in a direction perpendicular to the central axis and abutting a surface forming the hollow space of the attachment member; and a seal portion formed in a hollow disk shape with the central axis of the piston portion as a symmetry axis and configured to seal a portion between the attachment member and the seal portion. In the protrusions, when a length of the protrusion in a protrusion direction is indicated by d, a length of the protrusion in the central axis direction is indicated by d, and a shrinkage amount of the protrusion when the protrusion comes into pressure-contact with a pressure-contact object is indicated by d, relationships of d&#x2264;dand d&#x3c;dare satisfied.

An ultrasound endoscope is provided with an insertion portion to be inserted into a subject along a first direction which is an insertion direction. The ultrasound endoscope includes: a transducer having a scanning surface that scans with an ultrasound wave along a second direction; a supply pipeline configured to supply an ultrasound wave transfer medium; and a rigid member connected to a proximal end side of the transducer, the rigid member formed with a scanning surface supply port configured to supply the ultrasound wave transfer medium supplied from the supply pipeline in a direction intersecting with the first direction and the second direction.

An ultrasonic imaging and diagnosing device comprises a section to be inserted into the body cavity, an ultrasonic wave transmitting and receiving section located at the front end of the inserting section, a conductive hollow shaft arranged in the inserting section and connected to the ultrasonic wave transmitting and receiving section, a scanning device for scanning the body cavity while changing the direction of ultrasonic wave transmitted from the ultrasonic wave transmitting and receiving section, a circuit for receiving electric signals applied from the ultrasonic wave transmitting and receiving section, and a signal cable passed through the hollow shaft to connect the ultrasonic wave transmitting and receiving section to the signal receiving circuit. Both of an outer conductive line of the signal cable and the hollow shaft are connected to the common of the signal receiving circuit to prevent noises from entering into the signal cable.

Ultrasonic imaging device with noise preventing structure

An ultrasound probe is located in a chamber defined in a housing to be inserted into a body cavity of a subject. A drive shaft is connected to the probe to transmit a rotational force and, for this purpose, is coupled to a drive source via a passage of an insertion section of an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus. A first sealing member is provided for blocking a communication between the chamber and one end of the passage, a second sealing member is provided for sealing the other end of the passage of the guide member, and a bypass communication passage is provided for enabling the passage to communicate with the chamber. An opening/closing valve is provided for opening and closing the communication passage via which an ultrasound transmitting medium is filled in the chamber and the passage of the insertion passage. The communication passage is blocked after the filling operation has been done.
