A connector device includes a body having an opening on one end in a first direction, the body including inside a first space, and a second space positioned closer to the opening than the first space in the first direction and arranged in line with the first space in the first direction, a first tray that holds a first medium, a first sliding assembly that inserts and removes the first tray in the first direction with respect to the first space via the opening, and a second sliding assembly that inserts and removes a second medium different from the first medium in the first direction with respect to the second space via the opening, wherein out of the first tray and the second medium, only the second medium is removed in a state in which the first tray and the second medium are inserted into the body.

Connector device

A connector includes: a plurality of connecting terminals; a resin connecting portion, formed in a protruded shape, configured to hold the plurality of connecting terminals; and a metal protecting portion, formed integrally with one of the plurality of connecting terminals and provided on a side surface of the connecting portion, configured to cover at least a part of the side surface of the connecting portion closest to the distal end portion of the connecting portion.

Connector

A card connector includes: a housing to receive a card; a sliding member to slide together with the card in a range including a first position, a second position and a third position, the sliding member being locked to the housing at the first position, the sliding member is unlocked from the housing at the second position, the card being removable at the third position; a rotary member, rotatably supported by the sliding member, to press the card in a card ejection direction; a lock mechanism to lock the sliding member in the first position to the housing and unlock the sliding member from the housing by sliding of the sliding member from the first position to the second position; a first biasing member to bias the sliding member in the card ejection direction; a second biasing member to bias the rotary member in the card ejection direction.

Card connector and electronic apparatus

A flat cable connector includes an insulated housing, a plurality of conductor contacts regularly arranged in the housing at a predetermined interval pads of a flat cable are connected with the contacts, respectively, when the flat cable is inserted into the housing. The conductor contact includes a stationary portion secured to the housing and a movable portion integrally formed with the stationary portion being resiliently moved with respect to the stationary portion, the conductive pads of the flat cable come into contact therewith.

Flat-cable connector, production process thereof, and locking device

A small matching connector which may prevent the occurrence of a positional deviation between male and female contacts when male and female connectors are fitted to each other and may remove foreign matter adhered to the female contacts is provided. The female contacts arranged along the inner peripheral surface of the female connector are inclined with respect to a direction perpendicular to the insertion direction of the male connector into the female connector and parallel with the longitudinal direction of the inner peripheral surface. The adjacent female contacts whose inclined surfaces are opposed to each other are paired and have the same inclination angle with respect to the inner peripheral surface.

Matching connector

A power supply terminal for supplying power to a BWB, the power supply terminal including a first terminal member having a pair of engaging holes; a press fit terminal in a U-shape inserted into slits of the first terminal member and having a plurality of press fit pins formed at an end portion of the press fit terminal. The power supply terminal further includes a second terminal member having a pair of engaging projections, the second terminal member being attached to the first terminal member by engaging the engaging projections with the engaging holes; and an electronic part having a pair of plate springs joined to both end portions of the electronic part, the electronic part being attached to the second terminal member by inserting the plate springs into of the second terminal member slits, and the elastic deforming part of each of the plate springs being pressure-contacted with the press fit terminal when the second terminal member is attached to the first terminal member.

Power supply terminal having an electronic part

The present invention relates to an electrical connector assembly capable of achieving a high-precision fit starting with fairly rough positioning, the assembly consisting of a first connector which is equipped with multiple substrates secured in an array and a second connector which is equipped with female terminals and mates with the first connector. The electrical connector has a rough guide mechanism (first guides and second guides as well as first complementary guides and second complementary guides) which guides a mating between the first connector and the second connector relatively roughly at an initial stage of mating, and a precision guide mechanism (chamfers on substrates and corresponding tapers on a housing of the second connector) which guides the mating between the first connector and the second connector relatively precisely at an advanced stage of mating.

Electrical connector assembly

An interposition structure interposed between substrates and capable of guiding the insertion of a connection pin for electrically connecting the substrates to each other, whereby the connection pin can be inserted properly even in cases where the substrates to be connected or other members have a dimensional error caused during production thereof, a positioning error or the like. The interposition structure has an interposition body in which a through hole is formed such that connection pin inlet and outlet portions thereof each have an inner diameter gradually increasing in a direction from the inner part to the corresponding outer open end thereof, and also has a positioning protuberance provided on the underside of the interposition body. The interposition structure is interposed between upper and lower substrates with the positioning protuberance received in a recess formed in the upper surface of the lower substrate, and the connection pin is inserted through a hole in the upper substrate, the through hole, and a hole in the lower substrate.

Interposition structure between substrates

A combination of a plug assembly to be attached to a printed wiring board, and a receptacle assembly to be attached to a shelf back-board. The plug assembly comprises a set of plug contacts mounted to a plug housing. The receptacle assembly comprises a receptacle housing capable of mating engagement with the plug housing, and a set of resilient, bladelike receptacle contacts mounted to the receptacle housing. Each bladelike receptacle contact has two protuberances formed in longitudinally spaced positions thereon. Each receptacle contact is so made that only one of the two protuberances thereon is normally held against one associated plug contact upon interfitting engagement of the receptacle housing with the plug housing. At least selected one of the receptacle contacts butts on a projection on the receptacle housing and is thereby resiliently displaced in such a direction that the two protuberances on the displaced receptacle contact are both held against one associated plug contact. Thus, when the plug assembly is being inserted in the receptacle assembly, the plug contacts engage some of the receptacle contacts earlier than the others.
