A linear vibration actuator includes: a mover having a plurality of magnets linearly arrayed in the vibration direction; a guide portion holding the mover to be allowed to linearly move in the vibration direction; a plurality of planar coils wound in a flat plate shape on a flat surface facing the mover; a pair of first biasing magnets respectively arranged at both ends of the mover in the vibration direction; and a pair of second biasing magnets that are respectively arranged facing the pair of first biasing magnets, and respectively have the same polarities as those of the pair of first biasing magnets to bias the mover in the vibration direction.

A motor which can be mounted in an endoscope probe without bending an electric power supply wire in an endoscope probe body, and an endoscope probe using the motor are provided. The motor includes a magnet, a field coil, a housing, an electric power supply wire, and a shaft. A lead wire from the field coil is connected to the electric power supply wire. A cutout is provided in a housing end, and the electric power supply wire is received along the cutout and led out to the outside of the motor in the direction in which a shaft projects. When the motor is mounted in the endoscope probe, the motor is placed in the endoscope probe body so that the shaft projects in the direction opposite to the direction of the front end of the endoscope probe, and the electric power supply wire, which is led out to the outside of the motor, is routed along the longitudinal direction of the endoscope probe.

There is provided a nanoimprint apparatus. The nanoimprint apparatus transfers a pattern formed on a surface of a mold to a transfer layer which is formed partially or entirely on a side surface of a substantially cylindrical or columnar substrate. The nanoimprint apparatus includes: a first jig which is in contact with the substrate; a second jig which rotatably supports the first jig; a press unit which is connected to the second jig to press the substrate on the moldthrough the first and second jigs; and a movable holding unit which holds the mold and moves the moldin a direction substantially perpendicular to a pressing force.

Disclosed herein is a reliable inner rotor type miniature brushless motor structure wherein, while a field coil is fixedly disposed onto the inner wall of a housing, an end flange is fixedly disposed into one end of the housing from where tap wires of the field coil are drawn out, so that the tap wires exposed from the end-flange side end of the housing can be connected to wiring substrates fixedly disposed onto the outer periphery of the end flange without the need to bend the wiring substrates, and further so that power feed lands can be large enough to reduce the likelihood of wiring breakage and other problems.
