A fuel gas injection apparatus includes a chamber, a heat exchanger, a supply manifold, injectors, and a mount body. The chamber is in communication with a fuel gas tank, and the heat exchanger is in communication with the chamber. The supply manifold is in communication with the heat exchanger and has a plurality of branched flow channels for flowing a fuel gas. The plurality of injectors detachably communicate with the branched flow channels of the supply manifold. The mount body is in communication with the plurality of injectors and guides the fuel gas injected from plurality of injectors to a fuel cell stack. The chamber and the heat exchanger are attached to the mount body.

Fuel gas injection apparatus

A fuel cell system includes a nozzle for guiding a fuel gas injected from a first injector and a second injector to a diffuser. An injector control portion performs a first injection control mode when a fuel cell stack is in a first load state. When the fuel cell stack is in a second load state, the injector control portion switches between a second injection control mode and a third injection control mode depending on the circumstances.

Fuel cell system and control method thereof

An injector device is equipped with a casing enabling hydrogen gas to flow in and flow out and a first plunger and a second plunger which are accommodated inside the casing. Further, by a drive unit, the injector device performs a first operation to integrally displace the first plunger and the second plunger and a second operation to displace the first plunger relative to the second plunger. The second plunger has a flow path allowing the hydrogen gas to flow, and the first plunger is disposed to be inserted into the flow path and is displaced relative to the second plunger to open and close the flow path.

A fuel gas injection device of a fuel cell system includes an ejector having a nozzle that generates a negative pressure by discharging a fuel gas injected respectively from a plurality of injectors so as to draw-in a fuel exhaust gas discharged from a fuel cell stack and mix the fuel exhaust gas with the fuel gas. A total orifice equivalent diameter obtained by adding together orifice equivalent diameters of respective injection holes of the plurality of injectors and an orifice equivalent diameter of an injection hole of the nozzle are set such that S&#x3c;S.

Fuel gas injection device and fuel cell system

A fuel gas injection device of a fuel cell system includes an injector device and an ejector device. Mount portions of the injector device each include a mount body joined to a distal-side support portion, a screw member joining the mount body and an ejector body to each other in a state in which the screw member extends in an operating direction of a plunger, and a mount rubber member disposed on an outer circumferential side of a shaft portion of the screw member.

An object of the present invention is to provide a fuel cell system and a method of operating the fuel cell system which is difficult to give an uncomfortable feeling to a driver or passenger by operation sound of the injector while satisfactorily discharging water. The fuel cell system includes a fuel cell stack having an anode flow path, an injector for supplying hydrogen at a predetermined drive cycle toward the anode flow path by being opened, and an ECU for controlling the injector, wherein the ECU performs a valve opening time extension step in which hydrogen is supplied in a valve opening time longer than that in next and previous drive cycles.
