An image processing device for processing an image of a tape in which multiple cavities for accommodating a component are provided along a predetermined feeding direction includes a generation section configured to extract brightnesses of pixels of a line along the feeding direction from the image and to generate a brightness waveform of the line, and a recognition section configured to execute a periodic analysis of a brightness change from the brightness waveform and to recognize a pitch of the cavities based on a wavelength obtained by the periodic analysis.

A component mounter includes a component supply device equipped with a bulk feeder for supplying multiple components in a bulk state to a supply region for the components, a camera configured to image the supply region, an image processing section configured to execute image processing for distinguishing a region of at least a part of the component from a region of a background in image data acquired through imaging by the camera based on brightness, and a state recognition section configured to recognize a supply state of the component based on at least one of an area and a shape of a component region occupied by at least the part of the component in the image data on which the image processing has been executed.

A component mounter includes a camera configured to image the supply region, an image processing section configured to execute image processing on image data acquired by imaging of the camera to recognize an accommodation state of the component for each of the multiple cavities and acquire accommodation information in which the accommodation state of the component is associated with a unique address for each of the multiple cavities, and an operation control section configured to execute a collection operation of the component accommodated in the cavity based on the accommodation information.

A component mounting machine includes a head having a holding member configured to hold the component, and a control device. The control device performs a pre-mounting inspection for inspecting a state of a component held in the holding member, and controls the head so that the component held in the holding member is mounted on the board in a case where a determination of normality is made in the pre-mounting inspection. In addition, the control device performs a post-mounting inspection for inspecting a state of the component already mounted on the board by the head in a case where a determination of abnormality is made in the pre-mounting inspection or in a case where a determination of abnormality suspicion is made which is within an allowable range determined to be normal but is suspected to be abnormal in the pre-mounting inspection.

A component mounter includes a state recognition section configured to recognize a supply state of a component in a supply area based on a feature amount including at least one of a shape and an angle of each of multiple feature portions in image data on which image processing has been executed. A deviation of an actual mounting position of electronic component in a surface direction of the component mounting surface with respect to the normal position is defined as surface direction deviation. A deviation of the actual mounting position of electronic component in a rotation direction within the component mounting surface with respect to normal position is defined as angular deviation. Allowance setting system sets multiple surface direction inspection allowances according to angular deviation for evaluating surface direction deviation in a substrate inspection before reflow.

A component mounting machine includes a component supply device, a head having a nozzle, and a control device configured to control each device. The control device is configured to control a cameras to image a component, determine the normality and abnormality of an operation executed immediately before a current imaging timing based on an image captured at the current imaging timing, classify the image captured at the current imaging timing as a normal image in a case in which a result of determination of the normality and abnormality is made as normal, and classify the image captured at the current imaging timing and a part or all of images captured at imaging timings prior to the current imaging timing as an abnormal image in a case in which the result of the determination of the normality and abnormality is made as abnormal.

A component orientation determination data creation device for creating component orientation determination data used in a component orientation determination system that determines an orientation of the component by comparing a brightness value of a determination region specified in the component orientation determination data within an image of the component captured by a camera with a determination threshold. A difference image between an image of the component in a correct orientation and an image of the component in another orientation is calculated by acquiring multiple images of the component in different orientations by changing the orientation with respect to the camera of the component that is the target for the component orientation determination data creation.

The image processing device performs candidate region search processing of processing the image captured initially to search for a region within the image including a portion that has a possibility of being the reference mark as a candidate region after completion of the initial imaging, performs multi-frame super resolution processing on the candidate region after completion of final image capturing, creates a super resolution image of the candidate region, and recognizes the reference mark.
