A short-circuiting circuit short-circuits source bus lines such that a sum of numbers assigned to two source bus lines forming each set in each group is equal for all sets when it is assumed that K consecutive source bus lines (K is an even number greater than or equal to 4) form one group and numbers from 1 to K are assigned to the K source bus lines.
