A planar light-emitting device having a linear light-emitter having a substrate extending in a predetermined direction, a first line and a second line including a plurality of light-emitting elements arranged along the predetermined direction on the substrate, the first line and the second line being arranged side by site along the predetermined direction with an interval, a first frame arranged on the substrate so as to surround the first line, a second frame arranged on the substrate so as to surround the second line, a first seal arranged inside the first frame for sealing the plurality of light-emitting elements, a second seal arranged inside the second frame for sealing the plurality of light-emitting elements, and a plurality of electrodes arranged on the substrate and electrically connected with the plurality of light-emitting elements, and a light guide plate having an incidence surface having a first flat portion facing to the first line, a second flat portion facing to the second line, a projecting portion arranged between the first flat portion and the second flat portion and projecting toward the linear light-emitter, and an emission surface emitting light incident from the incidence surface, wherein the projecting portion has a first light-incoming surface arranged at an angle so as to face to an end portion of the first frame on the second frame side, and a second light-incoming surface arranged at an angle so as to face to an end portion of the second frame on the first frame side.

Planar light-emitting device

An LED light emitting device with good color mixing property is provided. The LED light emitting device including a rectangular substrate having a short-side and a long-side and a first LED element, a second LED element and a third LED element that are mounted on a surface of the substrate and emit light with wavelengths different from one another, wherein the first LED element and the second LED element are mounted on the substrate so that a first distance from the short-side to a mounting position of the first LED element in the long-side direction of the substrate and a second distance from the short-side to a mounting position of the second LED element in the long-side direction are the same.

A light-emitting device includes a circuit substrate including at least a pair of electrodes, an LED element electrically mounted on the circuit substrate, a phosphor plate disposed on an upper surface of the LED element, a diffuser plate disposed on an upper surface of the phosphor plate, and a white resin disposed on an upper surface of the circuit substrate and covering a peripheral side surface of the LED element, a peripheral side surface of the phosphor plate, and a peripheral side surface of the diffuser plate. The present invention makes it possible to obtain a planar light-emitting surface even with a plurality of LEDs, and also, a problem of color-ring occurrence caused by a phosphor may be less represented.

Light-emitting device

The present invention is a side-surface light-emitting unit to illuminate one or more illuminated objects disposed on a flat surface to extend in one direction, from a side surface of the illuminated object and includes a light guiding body which is disposed along the side surface of the illuminated object and emits light toward the side surface of the illuminated object, and an LED disposed at at least one end of light guiding body, an upper surface and a lower surface of the light guiding body except the side surface facing the object being optically shielded. It is possible to brightly illuminate objects such as key switches or the like from one end of the arrangement along a direction of the arrangement by uninterrupted continuous emission light.

Sheet switch module

A light-emitting diode includes: a light-transmitting substrate; a light-emitting element mounted on the upper surface of the light-transmitting substrate; and a light-transmitting resin that seals the light-emitting element. The outer surface of the light-transmitting resin is covered with a reflecting layer formed from a silver or aluminum thin film. The light emitted from the light-emitting element is reflected from the reflecting layer, and the reflected light is guided out from the lower surface of the light-transmitting substrate in an efficient manner with minimum wastage of light intensity, and thus, high luminance light can be emitted.
