A gas cooler effectively prevents or suppresses an outflow of drain water to the outside. The gas cooler includes a casing, a cooling unit, a seal plate, a lead-in port, a lead-out port, and a drain scattering prevention member. The cooling unit is accommodated within the casing and cools gas. The seal plate is provided in the cooling unit and partitions an inside of the casing into an upper space thorough which the gas before passing through the cooling unit flows and a bottom space through which the gas after passing through the cooling unit flows. The gas is led from the lead-in port into the upper space, and the gas is led out of the bottom space via the lead-out port. The drain scattering prevention member is disposed in the bottom space, and collects the drain water, while allowing the gas to pass therethrough.

Gas cooler

A screw compressor includes: a screw compressor main body; a motor for driving the screw compressor main body; a gearbox interposed between the screw compressor main body and the motor to transmit a driving force of the motor to the screw compressor main body; and a gas cooler positioned below either the screw compressor main body or the motor and attached as a separate body to a side surface of the gearbox.

Screw compressor

A pressure vessel includes a vessel body, a first rib and a second rib. The vessel body includes a first surface and a second surface. The first rib projects in a second direction from the first surface and extends in a first direction. The second rib provided in series with the first rib, projects in the first direction from the second surface, and extends in the second direction. A width in the second direction of the internal space is smaller than a width in the first direction of the internal space. A maximum value of a projection amount of the second rib from the second surface to the outside of the vessel body in the first direction is smaller than the maximum value of a projection amount of the first rib from the first surface to the outside of the vessel body in the second direction.

Pressure container

A pressure vessel, comprising: a vessel body having a rectangular parallelepiped shape for containing high pressure gas; a dividing wall in the form of a plate and disposed in the vessel body; and a plurality of ribs disposed on an outer surface of the vessel body. The vessel body includes: a top wall having a rectangular shape; a bottom wall having a rectangular shape and facing the top wall; and a surrounding wall joining a peripheral edge of the top wall and a peripheral edge of the bottom wall. The dividing wall is disposed in the vessel body to define a first chamber having a rectangular parallelepiped shape and a second chamber having a rectangular parallelepiped shape in cooperation with the vessel body. Each of the plurality of ribs extends over an entire circumference of the vessel body and along a plane perpendicularly intersecting the dividing wall.

Pressure vessel

A gas cooler includes a pair of seal plates and a pair of first support ribs. The individual seal plate has a stepped surface which extends in a direction that a cooling portion is inserted into a casing. The individual first support rib supports the stepped surface. With the configuration where the stepped surface is supported by the first support rib, the inside of the casing is partitioned into an upstream-side space communicated with an introducing port and a downstream-side space communicated with a discharging port.

Gas cooler having an insertable cooling portion

A sound deadening device has an introducing and damping section. The introducing and damping section includes an introduction section that introduces fluid, an expansion chamber, and a lead-out section. The expansion chamber is communicated with the introduction section, has a flow passage cross-section larger than a flow passage cross-section of the introduction section, and has protrusions along a travelling direction of a sound wave, resonance of the sound wave being to be suppressed. The lead-out section is communicated with the expansion chamber, has a flow passage cross-section smaller than that of the expansion chamber, and leads out the fluid in a direction different from an introduction direction of the fluid. Accordingly, it is possible to weaken the resonance of the sound wave, suppress rise of inner sound pressure of the sound deadening device, and prevent reduction in a sound deadening effect.

Sound deadening device

A silencer includes: a housing that has a draw-in portion drawing in fluid, and a plurality of sound attenuating portions arranged in a flowing direction of the fluid; a first partition provided with an intermediate communicating portion communicating the most downstream attenuating portion with the adjacent attenuating portion located adjacent to the most downstream attenuating portion; a valve portion disposed in the most downstream attenuating portion, the valve portion being capable of closing the intermediate communicating portion; a valve holding portion holding the valve portion, the valve holding portion being detachably attached to the housing; and a draw-out portion provided in a portion of the most downstream attenuating portion other than the valve holding portion, the draw-out portion drawing out the fluid from the most downstream attenuating portion.

Silencer

Provided is a compression apparatus for cooling multiple devices using a single fan with a small amount of electric power. An upper limit temperature, a first gain applied in a case in which a suction adjustment valve is opened, and a second gain applied in a case in which the suction adjustment valve is closed are set in advance for each of multiple temperature detectors provided at different locations of the compression apparatus; and, for each of the multiple temperature detectors, a difference between a detected value and the upper limit temperature is calculated, and a rotation speed of the fan is determined based on the smallest value in the differences, and the first gain or the second gain set for the temperature detector having the smallest difference.

Compression apparatus

A screw compressor including a driving machine having an output shaft coupled to an input shaft of a compressor main body; a clutch mechanism between the output shaft of the driving machine and the input shaft of the compressor main body; a pressure sensor installed in a discharge channel; and a controller that controls the switching of the clutch mechanism between an engaged state and a disengaged state based on a discharge pressure value detected by the pressure sensor is disclosed. When the discharge pressure value becomes higher than an unload set value that is predetermined, the controller controls the clutch mechanism to be switched to the disengaged state. According to the above screw compressor, power losses are reduced even when the supply of compressed gas is hardly required.
