A helical gear device includes: first and second helical gear respectively and rotatably disposed about first and third mutually parallel axes; a second helical gear meshing with the first and third helical gears so that a rotary motion is transmitted from the first to the third helical gear through the second, the second helical gear having a center bore; a support shaft disposed coaxially with a second axis parallel to the first, and extending through the center bore with a predetermined amount of radial play between the support shaft and the second helical gear, rotatably supporting the second helical gear. The second and third helical gears have a predetermined radial clearance in their reference meshing state in which their pitch circles contact. The radial clearance is smaller than a radial gap of a backlash between the second and third helical gears in the reference meshing state.

Helical gear device

A cooling apparatus for a hybrid vehicle is provided with an oil circulating circuit supplying oil discharged from an electric oil pump to a first motor, a second motor, an inverter, and a lubrication-required part, and the oil circulating circuit includes: a first circuit supplying the oil that is discharged from the electric oil pump, and is cooled by an HV radiator to the inverter, the first motor, and the second motor; and a second circuit supplying the oil that is discharged from the electric oil pump without being cooled by the HV radiator to the lubrication-required part.

Cooling apparatus for vehicle

A lubrication control device for a transmission includes an oil pump, a heat exchanger, an oil quantity control valve, a first bypass oil passage, and an electronic control unit. The heat exchanger is connected between the oil pump and a lubricated portion of the transmission. The oil quantity control valve includes an inflow port, a supply port, and a discharge port. The supply port is connected to the heat exchanger. The oil quantity control valve is configured to control a supply oil quantity as a flow rate of the oil flowing from the inflow port to the supply port and discharge a residue of the oil from the discharge port. The first bypass oil passage is connected to the discharge port. The electronic control unit is configured to adjust the oil quantity control valve such that the supply oil quantity increases as a temperature of the oil increases.

Lubrication control device for transmission

A switched reluctance motor include: a stator; a case in which the stator is accommodated; a rotor disposed inward of the stator in the radial direction of the switched reluctance motor; and a holding member fixed to the case. The holding member is configured to hold the stator with the stator spaced apart from an inner peripheral surface of the case. The holding member includes a holding portion and a fixed portion. The holding portion is configured to hold the stator from the outside in the radial direction. The holding portion is spaced apart from the inner peripheral surface of the case. The fixed portion is fixed to the case.

Switched reluctance motor

An cooling system including an oil circulation circuit includes a first circuit including an electric oil pump that discharges oil as a coolant to be supplied to an inverter and respective motors, and an HV radiator that cools the oil to be supplied to the inverter and the respective motors, and a second circuit including a mechanical oil pump that discharges the oil to be supplied to a lubrication-required part without passing through the HV radiator.

Vehicular cooling system

A heat exchanging device includes: a heat exchanger configured to perform heat exchange between first operating oil used in an engine and second operating oil used in a fluid transmitting device and an automatic transmission; and a heat exchanging amount decreasing unit configured to, when a temperature of the second operating oil is lower than a predetermined temperature at which it is allowed to engage a lock-up mechanism, decrease a flow amount of at least one of the first and second operating oil flowing in the heat exchanger as compared to a case in which the temperature of the second operating oil is not lower than the predetermined temperature.

Heat exchanging device

A heat exchanger includes: a first flow passage where first liquid flows; a second flow passage where second liquid flows; and a heat exchanger main body configured to exchange heat between the first liquid and the second liquid. The heat exchanger main body includes a cross-sectional area adjuster configured to change a flow passage cross-sectional area of at least one of the first flow passage and the second flow passage by thermal deformation. The cross-sectional area adjuster adjusts a value of the flow passage cross-sectional area in a low temperature range to be larger than a value of the flow passage cross-sectional area in a high temperature range.

Heat exchanger

A vehicular drive system includes an engine having a first oil, a transmission having a second oil, and a heat exchangerthat exchanges heat between the first oil and the second oil. The magnitude of the amount of reduction of loss torque in the transmission per unit amount of reduction of the kinetic viscosity of the second oil is larger than the magnitude of the amount of increase of loss torque in the engine per unit amount increase of the kinetic viscosity of the first oil.

Vehicular drive system

A heat exchanger includes a plurality of plates that is stacked together to constitute first flow passages, second flow passage, third flow passage, fourth flow passage and fifth flow passage. An engine coolant flows through the first flow passages. An engine oil flows through the second flow passages and fourth flow passages. A transmission oil flows through the third flow passages and fifth flow passages. Triple-flow-passage arrangement layers in each of which each first, second, and third flow passages are disposed, and dual-flow-passage arrangement layers in each of which each fourth and fifth flow passages are disposed are alternately arranged such that flow passages of each same type are not overlaid with one another in a stacking direction of the plates.

Heat exchanger for vehicle

A lubrication structure includes a liquid drop splashing device and an electret portion. The liquid drop splashing device is configured to turn a lubricating liquid for lubricating machine-element components into liquid drops. The liquid drop splashing device is configured to splash the lubricating liquid turned into the liquid drops. The machine-element components configure contact parts. Each contact part is a part where corresponding adjacent machine-element components come into contact with each other. An electret portion is provided to a vicinity of each contact part. The electret portion is composed of an electret.

Lubrication structure and transmission

A heat exchanger includes: a first flow passage for an engine coolant; a second flow passage for an engine oil; a third flow passage for a transmission oil; and plural plates that partition the first, the second and the third flow passage. The first flow passage is configured to allow the engine coolant to be heat-exchanged with both the engine oil and the transmission oil via the plates. The second flow passage is arranged in the same layer with the third flow passage. The first flow passage is arranged in a different layer from the layer of the second and the third flow passage. The third flow passage is disposed on an upstream side and second flow passage is disposed on a downstream side in a flow direction of the engine coolant in the first flow passage.

A heat exchanger includes first, second, third, and fourth passages. Engine coolant flows through the first passages. Engine oil flows through the second passages. Transmission oil flows through the fourth passages after flows through the third passages. Each first passage and each third passage is disposed in the same layer. Each second passage and each fourth passage is disposed in the same layer. Each first and each third passage are disposed in a different layer from the layer of each second and each fourths flow passage. Each fourth passage is disposed upstream of a first flow direction of the engine coolant in each first passage, and each second passage is disposed downstream of the first flow direction. Each third passage is disposed upstream of a second flow direction of the engine oil in each second passage, and each first passage is disposed downstream of the second flow direction.

Vehicle heat exchanger

A slip ring device () includes ring members (-) that rotate along with an input shaft, and brushes that contact the ring members (-). The ring members (-) have surfaces (-) that contact the brushes, and a plurality of dimples are formed upon these surfaces (-).

Slip ring device

A vehicular control apparatus that includes a switched reluctance motor and an electronic control unit is provided. The switched reluctance motor has a rotor and a stator and is mounted as a travel drive source in a vehicle. The electronic control unit executes current control of the switched reluctance motor. The electronic control unit executes first current control for causing the rotor to rotate in a reverse direction from a rotational direction in which the vehicle is started in the case where the vehicle is not started even when the switched reluctance motor outputs maximum torque within an allowable range, and executes control for causing the rotor to rotate in the rotational direction in which the vehicle is started after the rotor rotates in the reverse direction by the first current control to a rotation position at which torque for enabling a start of the vehicle can be output.

Vehicular control apparatus

A switched reluctance motor includes: a stator provided with a plurality of stator teeth as salient poles in a radial fashion with winding wire wound around each of the plurality of stator teeth; a rotor provided with a plurality of rotor teeth as salient poles in a radial fashion; a driving circuit configured to apply a current to the winding wire for each phase; and a control device configured to control the driving circuit, the control device being configured to perform: starting rising of a current to the winding wire of a stator tooth of a phase being a non-excitation target due to stop of energization to the winding wire; and allowing the current applied to the winding wire of the stator tooth of a phase being an excitation target to fall.
