A method for manufacturing a molded product with fine structure includes steps of, in a temperature-controlled stamper mold provided with a fine structure including a concavo-convex pattern having a width of 10 nm to 1 &#x3bc;m, forming a thermoplastic molten polymer layer to be in contact with the fine structureof the stamper mold having been kept at a predetermined temperature and holding the thermoplastic molten polymer layer for a predetermined time so as to transfer the fine structure of the stamper mold to the thermoplastic molten polymer layer under gravity.

Method for manufacturing microscopic structural body

A method and apparatus for manufacturing a molded product that includes a resin coating step of coating molten resin onto a forming mold having a minute uneven portion on the surface thereof, a compressing step of pressing the molten resin using the forming mold to thereby arrange the shape of the molded product, and a solidifying step of cooling and solidifying the molten resin. The resin coating step supplies the molten resin to a resin coating device including a discharge port and, while moving the resin coating device, discharges the molten resin onto the minute uneven portion of the heated forming mold from above to fill the molten resin into the minute uneven portion substantially in the same shape and thickness as those of a final shape of the molded product.

Method and apparatus for manufacturing a molded product

A method of controlling holding pressure in an injection molding operation and an apparatus therefor, wherein the quality of molded products can be controlled with a high accuracy without the need for a pressure sensor in a mold and without requiring any additional data such as the thickness of a molded product, the effective heat diffusion rate, and so on.
