A water-spraying cooling device includes a spraying device for a heat exchanger that is configured to exchange heat between air flowing in a predetermined airflow direction and a heat medium conducted through an inside of the heat exchanger while the spraying device is configured to spray water to the heat exchanger from an upstream side of the heat exchanger in the predetermined airflow direction. The spraying device includes: a supply hole that is configured to supply the water to be sprayed to the heat exchanger; and a guide that extends downward from the supply hole in a gravitational direction and is configured to guide the water supplied from the supply hole.

Provided is a fuel cell system including a fuel cell, a radiator that is provided in a circulation path of coolant that cools the fuel cell, a spray unit that sprays, toward the radiator, generated water that has been generated in and discharged from the fuel cell, and a heating unit that is provided in a supply path of the generated water from the fuel cell to the spray unit and heats the generated water.

A fuel cell system includes: a fuel cell; an air discharge passage configured to discharge an air exhaust gas from the fuel cell; a back pressure adjusting valve provided in the air discharge passage and configured to adjust pressure of the air exhaust gas; a cooling device configured to cool the fuel cell by carrying out heat exchange using a heat medium; a water reservoir storing water; a high pressure introduction passage connecting an upstream side of the air discharge passage which is more upstream than the back pressure adjusting valve in an air flow direction to the water reservoir; and a sprinkling device configured to sprinkle the water of the water reservoir over the cooling device. The sprinkling device is configured to sprinkle the water of the water reservoir pumped by pressure of the air exhaust gas over the cooling device.

In fuel cell system, exhaust material M exhausted from a fuel cell stack flows through the exhaust pipe. The gas-liquid separator is provided at the exhaust pipe and separates the exhaust material M into gas and liquid. The connecting pipe is connected to an exhaust port of the gas-liquid separator. The pressure regulating valve is connected to the connecting pipe and regulates pressures of the gas such that a pressure of the gas at an upstream side is higher than atmospheric pressure. The guide pipe is connected at the downstream side of the pressure regulating valve and guides at least the gas toward the exhaust pipe. The heat exchange unit exchanges heat between the exhaust pipe and the guide pipe.

A pipe of a fuel cell system includes a pipe, one end side of which is connected to a fuel cell stack, and another end side of which is positioned adjacent to a vehicle structural component, through which water, and discharge air of a product that contains water vapor, which are produced by the fuel cell stack, flow; and a spray portion that is provided on the other end side of the pipe, and that sprays the water and the discharge air flowing through the pipe onto the vehicle structural component.

A vehicular exhaust pipe structure includes an outer pipe extending along a front-rear direction of a vehicle and an inner pipe disposed inside the outer pipe along an axial direction of the outer pipe. An exhaust gas apparatus of an internal combustion engine is capable of suppressing the sound pressure level from being increased by the air column resonance in the tail pipe. Exhaust apparatus of internal combustion engine

An exhaust apparatus for internal combustion engines which can reduce exhaust noises, its weight and production cost with no need to provide a sub-muffler. The exhaust apparatus is provided with an inner pipe having the upstream open end and the downstream open end is disposed in the tail pipe, and the upstream open end of the inner pipe is protruded outwardly from the inside of the tail pipe to be extended into the resonance chamber, and thus the upstream open end is closed by the resonance chamber defined by the outer shell of the muffler, the end plate, and the partition plate.

A tail pipe part includes a tail pipe to constitute part of the tail pipe, and has a hollow member connected with the tail pipe in axial alignment with the tail pipe to be positioned within an area covering a node portion in a sound pressure distribution of an air column resonance caused in the tail pipe, and a short pipe included in the hollow member and having a predetermined length to extend in the axial direction of the tail pipe, the short pipe having an open end at the upstream end thereof and a closed end at the downstream end thereof, the closed end being constituted by a bottom plate positioned at almost the same position as that of the node portion in the sound pressure distribution of a standing wave formed by the air column resonance caused in the tail pipe.

Exhaust pipe part and exhaust apparatus for internal combustion engine

An exhaust apparatus is provided with an exhaust gas pipe for discharging to the atmosphere an exhaust gas discharged from an internal combustion engine. The exhaust gas pipe has an upstream open end connected to the sound deadening device positioned at the upstream side of an exhaust gas discharging direction, and a downstream open end through which the exhaust gas is discharged to the atmosphere. At least one of the exhaust gas upstream side and the exhaust gas downstream side of the exhaust gas pipe has a diameter expansion structure expanded in diameter toward one of the upstream open end and the downstream open end. The exhaust apparatus comprises a plate provided in the diameter expansion structure to be held in opposing relationship with the discharge direction of the exhaust gas and having an open portion formed to pass through the plate in the discharge direction of the exhaust gas.

Exhaust apparatus for an internal combustion engine

Provided is a sub-muffler which needs no heat resistant material such as SUS, and which can keep its durability and sound absorbing performance even when the sub-muffler is exposed to various corrosive components in the exhaust gas. At the same time, accomplished is a low-cost manufacture, which is a challenge that sub-mufflers and sound absorbing materials commonly face. Disclosed is a sub-muffler in which a perforated exhaust pipe is arranged, and caps and an out pipe are arranged outside the perforated pipe. Sound absorbing materials are filled in the space between the perforated exhaust pipe, and the caps and the out pipe. The sub-muffler is characterized in that, among the sound absorbing materials, at least part of the sound absorbing material of the perforated pipe side is a basalt fiber for high temperature.
