Provided is a laminate that has excellent low-temperature impact resistance and bursting pressure strength at high temperatures despite having a thick modified polyolefin layer. The laminate has two or more layers including an (a) layer and a (b) layer, the (a) layer includes an aliphatic polyamide composition (A), and the (b) layer includes a modified polyolefin (B). The modified polyolefin (B) includes a unit derived from a monomer based on an α-olefin having 2-10 carbon atoms, and a unit derived from an unsaturated compound having at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of: unsaturated compounds having at least one group selected from the group consisting of a carboxyl group, a hydroxyl group, an epoxy group, an amino group, an amide group, an imide group, a nitrile group, a thiol group, and an isocyanate group; and derivatives of unsaturated compounds having a carboxyl group. The Shore hardness (D scale) of the modified polyolefin (B) as measured according to ASTM D2240 is 30-61.

Laminate

This is to provide a multilayer tube excellent in interlayer adhesiveness and durability thereof while maintaining various characteristics such as low temperature impact resistance, bursting pressure strength and flexibility. In a multilayer tube having at least two kinds of layers and the both layers are adjacent to each other, an aliphatic polyamide composition constituting one of the layers contains an aliphatic polyamide having a ratio of a number of methylene groups to a number of amide groups of a specific value or more and a copolymerized polyamide having a specific unit, and an elastomeric polymer which may contain a constitutional unit derived from an unsaturated compound having a carboxyl group(s) and/or an acid anhydride group(s).

Multilayer tube

A multilayer tube having excellent low temperature impact resistance, breakage pressure strength at high temperature, flexibility, dimensional stability, and elution resistance of low molecular weight substances and ion components. The multilayer tube has a layer containing an aliphatic polyamide composition having a predetermined range of a bending elastic modulus; a layer containing a modified polyolefin has a melting point over a predetermined temperature, and the aliphatic polyamide composition contains an aliphatic polyamide having a predetermined range of a methylene group/amide group number ratio, an elastomer polymer having a constituent unit derived from a carboxyl group and/or acid anhydride group-containing unsaturated compound, and a plasticizer having a certain structure if necessary; and the thickness of the layer containing the aliphatic polyamide composition is a specific ratio or more of the total wall thickness of the tube.

It is provided a multilayer tube having a layer containing a specific aliphatic polyamide composition and a layer containing a semi-aromatic polyamide composition which contains a semi-aromatic polyamide having a specific structure or a mixture thereof, and the both layers being disposed adjacent to each other, wherein the aliphatic polyamide composition contains an aliphatic polyamide having a melting point of a specific value or less, and a ratio of the number of the methylene groups to the number of the amide groups is a specific value or more, an aliphatic polyamide having an absolute value of a difference in solubility parameter SP values to that of the aliphatic polyamide being a specific range, and an elastomer polymer containing a constitutional unit derived from an unsaturated compound having a carboxyl group and/or an acid anhydride group.
