A magnetic generator, or a so-called inner-rotor generator, provided with a rotor on the inside of a stator. The rotor has a ring-shaped yoke and a magnet integrally mounted in advance to the outer circumferential surface of the yoke. The rotor is mounted to a hub spindle of a rotating body.

Magnetic generator

The engine equipped with a generator is provided. The stator fixed to the crankcase includes a plurality of iron cores arranged in the circumferential direction about the crankshaft, and coils that are wrapped around the plurality of iron cores. The rotor includes a flywheel that is fastened to the crankshaft by a fixing mechanism, and a plurality of permanent magnets fixed to the flywheel. The fixing mechanism mounts the flywheel on the crankshaft in a position in which the center of one permanent magnet among the plurality of permanent magnets coincides with the center point between two mutually adjacent iron cores among the plurality of iron cores when the piston is at the top-dead-center or the bottom-dead-center.

Generator-equipped engine and method for assembling same

In a capacitor-discharge ignition system for an internal combustion engine having a power generation coil, a capacitor connected to the power generation coil, an ignition coil having a primary winding connected to the capacitor through a thyristor and a secondary winding connected to a spark plug, and a microprocessor which turns on the thyristor at a predetermined crank angular position to produce ignition in the spark plug, an engine stop switch is installed to input an engine-stop command signal to the microprocessor when being turned off by the operator. With this, it becomes possible to surely stop the engine at any time if desired.

Capacitor-discharge ignition system for internal combustion engine

Oil level detecting switch, which detects an amount of lubricant oil stored in an oil pan, includes: a switch case having through-holes to permit entry and discharge of oil into and out of the switch case; a float of a spherical shape having smaller specific gravity than the oil and conductive outer surface and provided within the switch case for vertical movement in response to increase/decrease of the oil; and a plurality of fixed contacts provided on the bottom surface of the switch case such that the fixed contacts are placed in a conducting state by the float contacting the fixed contacts.

Oil level detecting switch

An oil level detection device for an internal combustion engine, which comprises: a housing permitting entry therein of oil; a float provided within the housing and vertically movable with the oil entered in the housing; a switch for performing switching operation in response to the vertical movement of the float within the housing; protrusions provided, on the upper surface of the float, for preventing the float from sticking to the ceiling of the housing due to viscosity of the oil; and protrusions provided, on the bottom of the housing, for preventing the float from sticking to the bottom of the housing due to viscosity of the oil.

Oil level detection device for internal combustion engine

A multipurpose engine controller comprises a control unit for switching between supplying and stopping power supplied from an ignition circuit to a spark plug on the basis of two states, i.e., the operating state of the multipurpose engine determined based on a detection signal from the engine speed sensor, and the state of the level of the oil inside the crankcase determined based on a detection signal from the float-type oil level sensor.

Multipurpose engine controller

Oil level detection sensor detects an oil level in a crankcase. First charging circuit includes a serial connection of a first charging capacitor for charging a reverse voltage produced in a primary coil, the detection sensor, and a first diode. Thyristor is turned on, in response to voltage-charging of the first charging capacitor, to disable an ignition operation of an ignition circuit. Second charging circuit includes a serial connection of a second charging capacitor for charging a forward voltage, produced in the primary coil, and a second diode. Transistor is turned on, in response to voltage-charging of the second charging capacitor, to disable a turning-on operation of the thyristor.

Engine start control apparatus

In a fuel cut-off device for an engine in which one of a plurality of generating coils of a generator is connected to a normally-opened type solenoid valve adapted to block a fuel passage in a carburetor upon energization of the solenoid valve through an engine control switch adapted to be operated to a turned-off position and a turned-on position so that the solenoid valve can be energized from the one generating coil in the turned-off position of the switch, an output from the one generating coil is supplied to an electric load in the turned-on position of the engine control switch, together with outputs from the other generating coils. Thus, during operation of the engine, also the output from the one generating coil conventionally prepared for cutting off fuel is effectively supplied to the electric load, together with the outputs from the other generating coils, whereby the generating performance of the generator can be enhanced.

Fuel cut-off device for engine

The invention intends to downsize a general-purpose engine generator and make operability thereof easy. A backup battery () is provided for the generator (). The battery supplies electricity to an electronic controlled device such as a fuel pump for starting the engine. When the engine () carries out a rating operation, electricity is supplied from the generator (). When the engine speed in a low speed range, only a pump () is driven. When the engine speed is exceeds the low speed range, the pump () is stopped, and an injectors, () and () are driven to be prevented from lapping over each other. When the engine speed reaches a high-speed range, the pump () is again driven. Electricity consumption at a time of starting is restricted by driving the electronic controlled devices at different timings until the engine () operation becomes self-sustaining.

Electronic controlled fuel injection apparatus of internal combustion engine

In an ignition coil for an internal combustion engine, the primary coil and the secondary coil of the coil unit are fabricated of self-welding wire and fixed in a coil case by an elastic material and an ignition control circuit unit is fixed in the coil case by an elastic material. Similarly, the primary coil and the secondary coil are integrally joined by an adhesive. The terminal of the primary coil and the lead of the ignition control circuit unit are joined together by fusion and the joint is partially molded, while the terminal of the secondary coil and the terminal of a high-tension cord outlet are joined together by fusing and the joint is partially molded. Moreover, the coil case is provided with an inner cap such that the fusing and partial molding of the terminals can be conducted on the inner cap, thereby ensuring a high recycle rate and enabling efficient resource recovery and reuse.
