The present invention provides microsphere manufacturing method and apparatus capable of stable obtaining microspheres of a desired size and reducing facility cost. According to the method and the apparatus, to manufacture microspheres made of a second liquid in a first liquid, the first liquid is supplied into a first channel to flow therein and the second liquid is supplied to an intermediate part of the first channel through a second channel. The supply velocities of the first and second liquids are set such that the second liquid closes the first channel and the closing part of the second liquid is cut off due to a pressure difference between an upstream side and a downstream side to form microspheres.

A compressor and a refrigerating machine which enable an easy disposal of a lubricant, are friendly to the natural environment, and have simple configurations, are provided. The compressor which is used in a refrigerating machine including an evaporator and a condenser and adapted for compressing refrigerant gas evaporated in the evaporator to convey the compressed refrigerant gas to the condenser, includes: a motor; a housing having a compression chamber inside; a rotary member which has a rotating shaft and is rotated by a driving force of the motor so as to compress water vapor serving as the refrigerant gas in the compression chamber; a bearing for supporting the rotating shaft of the rotary member in the housing; and a lubricant supplier for supplying water serving as a lubricant to the bearing.

Compressor and refrigerating machine

A tire vulcanizer used for vulcanizing a raw tire and includes a mold for removably housing the raw tire; a medium path which is connected to the inner space of the raw tire housed in the mold and through which a heating and pressurizing medium for vulcanizing the raw tire flows; and a heating unit, provided to the medium path, for controlling the temperature of the heating and pressurizing medium flowing through the medium path. The condenser has the housing having the vapor inflow port connectable to the discharge portion of the compressor, the first degassing chamber, in the housing, communicating with the vapor inflow port, and the second degassing chamber, in the housing, arranged above the first degassing chamber across the partition portion, and the passing portion for permitting a cooling fluid to flow from the second degassing chamber to the first degassing chamber, wherein the first degassing chamber is separated from the second degassing chamber by the cooling fluid in the passing portion, and the passing portion has a pressure head space for containing a specified volume of cooling fluid so as to absorb a variation in a pressure difference between the first degassing chamber and the second degassing chamber.

Tire vulcanizing machine

A capacitor element having an upper surface, a lower surface, a first end surface and a second end surface is coated with a cathode layer, except for the first end surface. Anode lead extends out from the first end surface. An anode terminal has a first portion located close to and beneath the lower surface of the capacitor element and has a second portion connected to the anode lead via an arcuate connector. A cathode terminal is disposed under the lower surface of the capacitor element, being spaced from the first portion of the anode terminal. A packaging resin covers the capacitor element, the anode terminal and the cathode terminal. A depression is formed in the anode terminal, which extends from a portion of the anode terminal facing the lower surface of the capacitor element to the inner edge of the anode terminal facing the cathode terminal.

A tire vulcanizing apparatus and a tire vulcanizing method, by which the pressure and temperature of a heating and pressurizing medium to be supplied to the internal space of a raw tire can be controlled without the condition of pressure being affected by the condition of temperature. The tire vulcanizing apparatus has: a medium path, connected to an internal space of a raw tire, for passing a heating and pressurizing medium; a pressure sensor, provided in the medium path, for measuring a pressure of the heating and pressurizing medium; a pressure control valve for controlling a pressure of the heating and pressurizing medium passing through the medium path on the basis of a signal from the pressure sensor; a temperature sensor, provided in the medium path, for measuring a temperature of the heating and pressurizing medium; and a heating unit for controlling the temperature of the heating and pressurizing medium passing through the medium path on the basis of a signal from the temperature sensor, wherein the pressure control valve and the heating unit control the pressure and temperature of the heating and pressurizing medium supplied from the medium path to the internal space of the raw tire respectively and independently.

Raw tire preheating method and apparatus therefor

An apparatus for effectively heating a green tire generates heat to a metal member embedded therein using electromagnetic induction, to complete a heating formation of a green tire in a sufficiently short time. Particularly, in the thick portion of the green tire which is hard to heat, the efficiency of heat generation due to electromagnetic induction is increased by effectively concentrating a high frequency magnetic field on the metal member embedded therein. The apparatus for heating a green tire includes a local heating coil for forming a high frequency magnetic field along a portion of extending direction of a metal member, a high frequency power supply for supplying high frequency power to the local heating coil, and a mechanism for moving the local heating coil relatively in the extending direction of the metal member.
