Linear motion guide device and method for manufacturing linear motion guide device

A motion guide device is formed of: a track member including a base portion extending along a longitudinal direction, and a pair of wall portions erected from both edges of the base portion in a width direction, and having rolling element rolling grooves formed along a longitudinal direction; and a moving member which is assembled in a movable manner along the longitudinal direction between the wall portions, and to which a pair of guide members are assembled, load rolling element rolling grooves which correspond to the rolling element rolling grooves being formed in the guide members, wherein at least either one of the guide members is equipped with a biasing member on a surface of the guide member on a side opposite to a surface of the guide member on which the load rolling element rolling groove is formed.

Motion guide device

A track member or a movable member constituting a motion guide device includes a rolling part formed of a metal material contacting with a plurality of rolling bodies and forming a rolling body rolling surface a, a mounting part formed of a metal material having a mounting hole for mounting an external member, and a track body or a movable body formed of FRP jointed with the rolling part and the mounting part and forming the track member or the movable member, and the mounting part and the track body or the movable body have joint holes, opened in a direction orthogonal to a lamination direction of FRP reinforced fiber sheets S forming the track body or the movable body at a time of the joint, and can be jointed using jointing means. An external member can be securely mounted to the motion guide device formed of FRP.

Motion guide device and actuator

An actuator includes a track member provided with a base extending along a longitudinal direction and a pair of walls erected from opposite ends of the base in a width direction, with rolling-element rolling grooves formed along the longitudinal direction; and a moving member assembled movably along the longitudinal direction between the walls, with respective load rolling-element rolling grooves corresponding to the rolling-element rolling grooves being formed in the moving members; and a screw shaft passed through a through-hole formed in the moving member, with a screw rolling-element rolling groove formed in the screw shaft, the screw rolling-element rolling groove being spiral in shape, wherein the moving member has the nut member attached to the through-hole, with the screw load rolling-element rolling groove corresponding to the screw rolling-element rolling groove formed in the nut, the nut member is assembled via a flange member which includes a lubricant supply device.

Actuator

Provided is a linear actuator unit that includes: a guide shaft formed of a magnetic body that is formed into a tubular shape while having a hollow portion therein, and has one linear opening portion formed thereon along an axial direction thereof; a slide member capable of reciprocating motion freely along the guide shaft; a magnet rod supported at both ends thereof in the hollow portion of the guide shaft; a forcer arranged on a periphery of the magnet rod in the hollow portion of the guide shaft, constitutes a linear motor together with the magnet rod, and is joined to the slide member while interposing the opening portion of the guide shaft therebetween; and a rod correction plate that is formed of a magnetic body, and juts out from the slide member forward and backward in a movement direction thereof so as to close the opening portion of the guide shaft.
