Provided is a small plug door device having a slide base is installed slidably in a vehicle width direction relative to a fixed base. A door drive mechanism for moving one door in a vehicle front-rear direction via a connecting portion has a drive portion including an electric motor, a drive wheel member, a follower wheel member, and an endless member, and is installed on the slide base. A guide portion guides a shaft portion provided on the connecting portion so as to move the shaft portion in a vehicle width direction. In a double-speed rail in which a pinion is disposed between two racks, one rack is connected to the slide base, the other rack is connected to the door side, and the pinion is connected to the connecting portion.

Plug door device

Provided is a small plug door device capable of performing an opening/closing operation and a plugging operation with a door drive mechanism for causing a force in a vehicle front-rear direction to act on a door, and further applicable also to a one-panel sliding door. A door opening and closing apparatus includes a lock mechanism having an engaging member that engages with a lock member provided in a door when the door is in a fully closed state, and a link mechanism that has three link members, is configured to be able to undergo deformation into a linear state and a bent state, and restricts rotation of the engaging member by being brought into the linear state. A central link member among the three link members has a first face and a second face that are pressed by a projecting shaft. The link mechanism changes to the bent state when the first face is pressed, and changes to the linear state when the second face is pressed. The first face and the second face are provided so as to have a positional relationship in which the first face and the second face intersect each other.

Door opening and closing apparatus

A door suspension has a compact structure, in which first door rollers run in contact with a lower rail, and are rotatably supported to a first door roller supporting member that suspends a door; second door rollers are rotatably supported to swing members swingably connected to the first door roller supporting member, and are provided so as to be capable of coming into contact with an upper rail; a drive connection portion holds the door and connects the door to an open-close drive mechanism; and an elastic connection mechanism includes an elastic portion capable of changing the relative positions of the second door rollers and the drive connection portion, and connects the swing members to the drive connection portion. The second door rollers are installed between the first door rollers on the door leading end side and the door trailing end side.
