The object of the present invention is to provide a filter cartridge of micro filtration membrane pleats type, by which it is possible to stably manufacture products of high quality and to reduce the manufacturing cost. In the method for manufacturing a filter cartridge of micro membrane pleats according to the present invention, an initial portion and a last portion with pleats of a micro filtration membrane are welded together to prepare an endless micro membrane, and a filter element provided with a micro filtration membrane is welded on two end plates. A thin bonding auxiliary plate made of the same material as the end plates, having an opening at its center and molten at relatively low temperature, is welded to filter element and end plates which are heated in advance.

Method for manufacturing micro membrane pleats type filter cartridge

The object of the present invention is to offer a general-purpose size filter cartridge for liquid filtration, which can extensively increase the service life for filtration. A depth type filter cartridge comprises a cylindrical hard porous core with threads wound thereupon, and it is characterized in that a sheet-like filter element is wound on said porous core directly or through a thread-winding layer, and a sheet-like filter element with a large number of pores is wound on said sheet-like filter element through a spacer.

Multi-layer filter cartridge

A disposable capsule filter extremely suited for filtering paints, inks and the like which contain an organic solvent. The filter comprises a disposable capsule accommodating filter elements and a metal holder accommodating the capsule for the purpose of preventing rupture of the capsule. The capsule is formed from a plastic material by blow molding or pressure forming. The capsule has an outwardly projecting portion in contact with a clamped portion of the metal holder.
