A power state identification module identifies, based on correspondence data indicating a correspondence between a performance index value and a degree of operation relating to at least one software element for each of a plurality of power states into which a processor is to be brought, any of power states for reaching a given target relating to the performance index value in the degree of operation being a result of prediction. A classification module classifies, based on a degree of correlation identified for each pair of base station systems, a plurality of base station systems into a plurality of base station system groups. An operation control module executes operation control of a leader base station system based on a degree of operation of the leader base station system being a prediction result. The operation control module executes operation control of a follower base station system based on the degree of operation of the leader base station system being the prediction result, and on a ratio of the degree of operation of the follower base station system with respect to the degree of operation of the leader base station system.

Control system and control method

An operation control module executes, for each of a plurality of base station system groups, operation control corresponding to the degree of operation of a leader base station system included in the each of the plurality of base station system groups, with respect to a follower base station system included in the each of the plurality of base station system groups. A classification module reclassifies a plurality of base station systems in accordance with a fact that a magnitude of a deviation of a ratio of the degree of operation of the follower base station system included in one of the plurality of base station system groups with respect to the degree of operation of the leader base station system included in the one of the plurality of base station system groups from a given reference ratio has satisfied a predetermined condition.

An operation control module executes, for each of a plurality of base station system groups, operation control corresponding to a degree of operation of a leader base station system included in the base station system group, with respect to a follower base station system included in the base station system group. A removal module removes, in accordance with a fact that a magnitude of a deviation of a ratio of the degree of operation of a follower base station system included in one of the base station system groups with respect to the degree of operation of a leader base station system included in the base station system group from a given reference ratio has satisfied a predetermined condition, the follower base station system from the base station system group.

A parameter name data storage module stores a plurality of pieces of parameter name data. A reference data storage module stores reference data indicating a reference destination parameter and a reference source parameter. A presentation module presents, to a user, for one of the plurality of elements that is related to the reference destination parameter, an input screen for inputting a value of a parameter to be set to the related element. A parameter value setting module sets a value input as a value of the reference destination parameter by the user to the input screen, as the value of the reference destination parameter and also as a value of the reference source parameter.
