A technology downsizing a control panel unit is provided. The control panel unit for a machine tool comprises a casing, a duct, and a fan. The casing has an openable door. A control device is arranged in an internal space, which is closed when the door is closed. The duct has a groove and a ventilation opening. The groove is closed at a closed end and open to the internal space at an open end. The ventilation opening connects the groove with the internal space in a position nearer the closed end than the open end. The duct is fixed to an inner wall of the casing in such manner as the groove faces the inner wall. The fan is mounted on the ventilation opening. The air in the internal space is taken into the groove enclosed by the inner wall and the duct by the operation of the fan.

The invention provides an electroacoustic transducer capable of preventing degradation in its acoustic performance as a result of the reflow soldering process applied. With the electroacoustic transducer, variation in the minimum resonance frequency Fo of a diaphragm is restrained, stabilizing the acoustic performance by causing a decrease in the minimum resonance frequency Fo of the diaphragm due to irreversible demagnetization of the magnet caused by the reflow soldering temperatures to cancel out an increase in the minimum resonance frequency Fo of the diaphragm due to thermal contraction of a holder member caused by the reflow soldering temperatures.

The present invention provides a small electroacoustic transducer which is improved in sound characteristic by enlarging and adjusting a volume of a resonance space. A second resonant chamber as an auxiliary space is formed relative to a first resonant chamber formed in front of a resonance plate, wherein the first and second resonant chambers are connected with each other to enlarge the volume of the resonant volume.

Small electroacoustic transducer

The invention provides a miniaturized and low-profile electroacoustic transducer. In the electroacoustic transducer, a space is formed underneath a magnet by diminishing a vertical thickness of the magnet in comparison with the height of a magnetic core, and also by disposing the magnet at a position trensversely aligned to an upper portion of the magnetic core, so that the space is utilized as a part of a back space at the back of a diaphragm, and for connection of terminals of a coil with external terminals, thereby realizing miniaturization and flattening in the shape of the electroacoustic transducer.

A terminal connection method of a coil comprises the steps of arranging coil terminals of a coil on lead terminals; removing insulating coats of the coil terminals to expose core wires; and applying an electric conductivity adhesive to connected portions of the coil terminals and the lead terminals. A terminal connection structure of a coil comprises coil terminals arranged on lead terminals, with insulating coats removed from the coil terminals; and an electric conductivity adhesive applied to connected portions of the coil terminals and the lead terminals.
