The disclosure provides a refueling port capable of simplifying a structure for restricting rotation of a nozzle guide with respect to a refueling port body. One of the refueling port body and the nozzle guide includes guide ribs formed between an inner peripheral surface of a body cylinder portion and an outer peripheral surface of a guide cylinder portion to sandwich a reflux port in the circumferential direction, and guiding fuel vapor flowing in from the reflux port in a direction toward a filler pipe connection port. The other one of the refueling port body and the nozzle guide includes a locking portion formed between the inner peripheral surface of the body cylinder portion and the outer peripheral surface of the guide cylinder portion, and locked in both directions in the circumferential direction to the guide ribs to restrict relative rotation between the refueling port body and the nozzle guide.

Refueling port

A pair of first leg portions of a retainer have first taper surfaces at distal end sides on surfaces on the side to which a first pipe is to be inserted. The first taper surfaces cause the retainer to move from an initial position to an insertion position by an axial-direction pressing force from an annular protrusion, during a period until the first pipe is inserted to a regular position. During the period until the first pipe is inserted to the regular position, a pair of second leg portions restrict the retainer from moving from the initial position to a confirmation position. In a state in which the first pipe is inserted to the regular position, the pair of second leg portions allow the retainer to move from the initial position to the confirmation position.

A quick connector capable of surely confirming that a pipe body is engaged by a retainer when an elastically-deformable claw of the retainer and an elastically-deformable claw of a checker are adjacently arranged in an axial direction. Checker-axis direction elastically-deformable claws have distal-end sides formed flexibly deformable in the axial direction, maintain a state of being engaged by a second engagement portion of a retainer body by having deflective deformation regulated by a retainer diameter-expanding elastically-deformable claw in a state in which the retainer diameter-expanding elastically-deformable claw is expanded diametrically, and regulate sliding from a first position with respect to the retainer body toward a set radial direction by being engaged by the second engagement portion of the retainer body.

A weld joint has a weld portion for being welded and bonded to a rim portion around an opening of a resin fuel tank. The weld portion is made of a resin alloy material that is obtained by alloying EVOH or PA with a modified HDPE. A highly-weldable layer is provided in an extremity portion of the weld portion throughout an entire circumference of the weld portion. The highly-weldable layer is made of HDPE and/or a modified HDPE having good weldability to the resin fuel tank. An extremity end surface of the highly-weldable layer serves as a weld surface for welding the weld portion to the resin fuel tank.

Weld joint for fuel tank

A resin composite hose includes a curved portion at an axial position thereof, and has a multilayer construction including a resin layer having permeation resistance to a transported fluid and serving as a barrier layer, an inner rubber layer and an outer rubber layer. The curved portion has a shape of progressively increasing a circumferential length while being flattened progressively increasingly from a curve beginning end of a perfect circle in cross-section to a curve terminal end or a curve middle portion of a flattened circle.

An annular positioning projection integrally has a body portion extending in a circular arc, one end portion projecting from one circumferential end of the body portion toward one raised portion and connected to a radial outer surface of the one raised portion, and the other end portion projecting from the other circumferential end of the body portion toward the other raised portion and connected to a radial outer surface of the other raised portion. A fuel hose for a fuel pipeline in an motor vehicle has a multilayer structure including a resin barrier layer having low permeability to fuel, an outer rubber layer laminated on an outer side of the barrier layer and an inner rubber layer laminated on an inner side of the barrier layer and defining an inner surface layer of the fuel hose. The multilayer structure is formed throughout an entire length of the fuel hose. A rubber hardness of the inner rubber layer is higher than a rubber hardness of the outer rubber layer.

A hose clamp has an annular clamp body to be fitted on a clamp mounting portion of an end portion of a hose, and the clamp body is configured so as to tighten the clamp mounting portion by diametrically contracting the clamp body. A holding structure of the hose clamp has an anti-rotation engaging portion on the clamp body, an engaging holder portion on the hose, and a deformation restraining mechanism for restraining deformation of the hose when the clamp body tightens the clamp mounting portion. The engaging holder portion engages with the anti-rotation engaging portion in a circumferential direction when the clamp body is fitted on the clamp mounting portion. The deformation restraining mechanism restrains that the anti-rotation engaging portion is pressed against the engaging holder portion and thereby the hose is deformed via the engaging holder portion.

Holding structure of hose clamp

A fuel hose has multilayered construction and a flexible corrugated portion with corrugation bottom portions and corrugation peak portions. The fuel hose includes a rubber layer and a resin layer that is a laminated on an inner side of the rubber layer. The resin layer has fuel permeation resistance and serves as a barrier layer. The corrugated portion satisfies a condition of H/W&#x2267;1.1 when H represents a height of the corrugation measured between an inside of the corrugation bottom portion and an inside of the corrugation peak portion thereof, and 2W represents an axial distance between an inside of the corrugation bottom portion and an inside of an adjacent corrugation bottom portion.

A resin composite fuel hose of a multilayer construction includes a resin layer as a barrier layer having a fuel permeation resistance, an inner rubber layer as an inner surface layer laminated on an inner side of the resin layer and an outer rubber layer laminated on an outer side of the resin layer. The outer rubber layer has a rubber hardness degree equal to or greater than that of the inner rubber layer, and the inner rubber layer has a permanent elongation equal to or less than 90%.

Resin composite fuel hose

A laminated low-permeability elastic ring () comprising an outer layer (A) of a low permeability material that possesses impermeability to automotive fuel, and an inner core part (B) of a low temperature-resistant material with excellent low temperature performance in order to maintain high elastic strength at low temperatures for the low permeability material layer.

Low permeability elastic sealing ring

On the inner surface of a rubber hose body, a laminated hard resin layeris formed to constitute a barrier layer that is impermeable to fluids. A clamping connection is made to hoseby a clamping member, which clamps the hose body to a companion pipewhen the companion pipe is inserted into the hose body. The layeris not laminated over the entire axial length of the hose body but instead leaves an end part exposed. An annular groove is formed at the endof the layerabutting the end part of the hose. An elastic impermeable material is placed in the groove which is compressed by the pipe upon insertion. The companion pipehas a protuberancewhich rests at a position between the endof resin layerand the clamping member so that a seal is formed by elastic compression of the outer surface of companion pipeagainst the end part of the hose.
