A speed compensation part included in a construction machine executes a feedback control of regulating an opening degree of a second control valve to an opening degree obtained by subtracting a correction amount from a second target opening degree of the second control valve, when a combined manipulation is performed and a preset load determination condition is satisfied. The correction amount is calculated by the speed compensation part so as to be larger as a speed difference between a first target speed and a first actual speed becomes larger, the first target speed being a target speed of a first actuator and determined on the basis of a manipulation amount of a first instructive manipulation, the first actual speed being an actual speed of the first actuator.

Construction machine

A pump control device and a valve control device each includes: an instruction calculator that calculates a control instruction of causing a controlled object to operate by using a manipulation amount of a manipulation and at least one control parameter, and inputs the calculated control instruction to the controlled object; and an ideal output calculator that calculates an ideal output of an actuator, the ideal output being associated with the manipulation amount of the manipulation. The pump control device adjusts at least one pump control parameter to reduce a difference between a control output and the ideal output when an operation of a movable part is a power running operation. The valve control device adjusts at least one valve control parameter to reduce a difference between a control output and the ideal output when the operation of the movable part is a non-power running operation.

Hydraulic work machine

A construction machine includes: a lower travelling body; an upper slewing body attached to the lower travelling body with a structure allowing the upper slewing body to slew with respect to the lower travelling body; a work device attached to the upper slewing body with a structure allowing the work device to swing in a vertical direction with respect to the upper slewing body; a motion state acquisition unit acquiring a motion state amount; an equivalent system forming unit which forms a transfer function which uses a driving force for moving the work device as an input and uses the motion state amount as an output as an equivalent system which equivalently expresses an operation of the work device; and a parameter estimation unit which estimates a system attenuation coefficient and a natural angular frequency of the transfer function as an operation skill evaluation value.

Construction machine and evaluation device

A construction machine includes: a flow rate regulating part which regulates a flow rate of hydraulic oil supplied from a hydraulic pump to a hydraulic actuator, and a control device&#x2014;which controls driving of a work device. The control device includes: an acquiring part for acquiring a motion state amount of a combined center of gravity of a plurality of members which constitute the work device; and a generating part which generates an instruction value for controlling an operation of the flow rate regulating part such that the motion state amount follows a predetermined first target value, the instruction value being used for executing a feedback control based on the first target value and the motion state amount, and inputs the instruction value to the flow rate regulating part.

An electric motor has: a rotor; a stator; a housing, an opening for opening the storage space upward, and a notch that is concaved downward from an edge surface surrounding the opening; a lead wire connected to the stator; a partition wall that is provided on the inside of the notch in order to separate a sealing space for injecting a sealant and a space outside the sealing space from each other, and has a through-hole for allowing the lead wire to be extended to the outside of the sealing space; a cover that can be attached to the housing from above; and an elastic member that is more elastic than the partition wall and disposed under the partition wall. An end surface of the partition wall is disposed on or above a plane surface including the edge surface of the housing.

Electric motor and method for manufacturing same

A brake control unit operates a mechanical brake when a slewing operation amount detected by a slewing operation amount detection unit indicates slewing stop and when a slewing speed detected by a slewing speed detection unit is equal to or lower than a predetermined speed. A time measurement unit measures a brake operation time period during which a brake operation detection value detected by a brake operation detection unit exceeds a predetermined threshold. When the mechanical brake is operated and when the brake operation time period measured by the time measurement unit exceeds a predetermined reference time period, a slewing control unit stops outputting a slewing command.

Slewing control device for hybrid construction machine and hybrid construction machine

A generator motor includes a stator, a rotor that rotates relative to the stator, and a motor housing that houses the stator and the rotor. The motor housing includes a housing main body that encloses a periphery of the stator and the rotor and a cover that is attached to an end surface of the housing main body so as to cover an opening formed on the end surface, which is on an opposite side to an engine, of the housing main body. A drain hole for draining water inside the motor housing to below the motor housing is formed between a lower end of the cover and the end surface of the housing main body. The motor housing includes a covered section that covers the drain hole from below at a position that is lower than the drain hole.

Generator motor

Provided is an electric motor capable of stabilizing a preload applied to a bearing by an annular spring and effectively retarding degradation of the annular spring. The electric motor includes a motor shaft, a rotor, a stator, a housing containing the rotor and the stator in a posture where the motor shaft extends vertically, an upper bearing and a lower bearing supporting the motor shaft, and an annular spring applying a downward preload to the upper bearing. The lower bearing is fixed to the motor shaft and the housing. The housing has a load-receiving surface receiving an upward thrust load overcoming the preload from the upper bearing.

Electric motor

Provided are, an electric motor assembly capable of preventing a sealant from leakage through a lead-wire drawing portion, and an electric motor manufacturing method with use of the electric motor assembly. The electric motor assembly includes a rotor, a stator, a casing, a partition wall with through-holes, plugs made of a highly elastic material and including a tapered outer peripheral surface to be fitted into the through-holes, and lead wires connected to the stator. The plugs surround lead-wire insertion holes. A sealant is injected into the casing in a state that the lead wires are drawn through the lead-wire insertion holes. The injection pressure presses the plugs outwardly to bring the outer peripheral surfaces of the plugs into close contact with the inner peripheral surface surrounding the through-holes and elastically deforms the plugs in a diameter-reduction direction to cause the plugs to close the lead-wire insertion holes.

Electric motor having sealed casing and manufacturing method thereof

An electric motor to be easily assembled while taking the advantages of a retrofitted electric motor, excellent maintenance performance and no fear of damage in a temperature sensitive device due to resin injection pressure. The electric motor includes an electric motor shaft, a rotor, a stator, a housing, a sealing body formed of sealant to cover a coil end of the stator, a temperature sensitive device, an end cover, and a resilient retaining member. The electric motor shaft passes through the end cover. The sealing body includes a temperature-sensitive-device support surface opposed to the end cover. The temperature sensitive device is retained between the end cover and the temperature-sensitive-device support surface while the retaining member is interposed between the temperature sensitive device and the end cover.

An upper slewing bodyincludes: a bottom plate rotatably attached to a lower traveling body; supporting frames and standing on the bottom plate; an engine supported on the bottom plate by the supporting frames; a generator motor connected to the engine; and a terminal box including a terminal, which is electrically connected to the generator motor and allows a cable to be connected, and a box main body housing the terminal and being attached to the generator motor. The generator motor includes a facing section facing the bottom plate at a position separated from the supporting frames in a plan view. The terminal box is arranged between the facing section of the generator motor and the bottom plate.

Upper slewing body of construction machine

A device comprises an engine including a crank shaft with a first end portion, a generator motor including a rotor shaft with a second end portion, a flywheel with first and second connection portions connected to the first and second end portions respectively, and a fastening member. At least one of the connection portions constitutes an alignment connection portion. The first or second end portion constitutes an alignment end portion. One of the alignment connection portion and the alignment end portion includes a concave portion having an alignment inner surface, and the other includes a convex portion having an alignment outer surface. One surface of the alignment inner and outer surfaces is a tapered surface. The fastening member fastens the alignment connection portion and the alignment end portion to each other to bring a tip end of the other surface into pressure contact with the tapered surface.

Driving device for hybrid working machine

A slewing-type working machine includes: a slewing motor which is a hydraulic motor for slewing; a variable-displacement hydraulic pump; a slewing operation device including an operation member; a control valve controlling the slewing motor based on an operation signal thereof; a pump regulator; a relief valve letting excess fluid to a tank; operation detectors detecting an operation direction and amount of the operation member; a motor rotational speed detector; and a controller controlling a discharge flow rate of the hydraulic pump. The controller obtains a deviation between a target rotational speed of the slewing motor obtained from a slewing operation amount and an actual rotational speed detected by the motor rotational speed detector, and controls the discharge flow rate to make the deviation closer to 0.

Hybrid construction machine

Provided is a motor including a rotor, a stator having a stator core and a coil, a stator frame, an end cover, first and second bearings, and a heat radiating resin in the stator frame. The coil includes first and second end portions projecting oppositely and axially. The stator frame includes a peripheral wall and an end wall, whose respective central parts form first and second boss portions holding the first and second bearings respectively. The heat radiating resin includes a first resin part covering the first end portion and closely contacting an inner surface of the stator frame, and a second resin part covering the second end portion and separating from an outer peripheral surface of the second boss portion. The first resin part has a portion between the first end portion and the first boss portion, the portion having a greater thickness than that of the other.
