An elastic wave device includes a substrate, an elastic wave element, and an exterior resin layer. The substrate includes an outer electrode on one main surface thereof and a first mounting electrode on another main surface thereof. The elastic wave element includes a piezoelectric substrate, a transmission functional electrode, a reception functional electrode, and ground terminals on one main surface of the piezoelectric substrate, and the ground terminals are connected to the first mounting electrode. High-thermal-conductivity conductor layers are provided on another main surface of the piezoelectric substrate, conductor vias penetrate between both main surfaces of the piezoelectric substrate, and the high-thermal-conductivity conductor layers and the ground terminals are connected to each other by the conductor vias.

Elastic wave device

An electronic component device includes a mount substrate including an outer electrode on one principal surface and a mount electrode on another principal surface, at least one substrate component including a terminal electrode on one principal surface, and that is mounted on the mount substrate by joining the terminal electrode to the mount electrode, and a sealing resin layer that is provided on the mount substrate on which the at least one substrate component is mounted. The sealing resin layer includes a region with a large thickness, and a top surface including an inclination.

An elastic wave device is configured such that a first surface acoustic wave chip including a piezoelectric substrate is mounted on a package board, a center of the first surface acoustic wave chip is shifted from a center of the package board when viewed from above, and a crystal Z-axis orientation of the piezoelectric substrate of the first surface acoustic wave chip is slanted to extend toward an outer side portion from a central portion of the package board as it progresses toward an upper surface from a lower surface of the piezoelectric substrate.

A ladder surface acoustic wave filter includes a series arm connecting an input terminal and an output terminal, at least one parallel arm connecting the series arm and a ground terminal, at least one series arm resonator provided in the series arm, and at least two parallel arm resonators provided in at least one parallel arm and connected to each other in series. In the ladder surface acoustic wave filter, a connection point between at least the two parallel resonators connected to each other in series is grounded through an inductor.
