The dust-control mat having excellent dimensional stability comprises a base in which a base fabric is composed of a woven fabric or a nonwoven fabric and a floss-like nonwoven fiber layer coupled to the base, wherein the floss-like nonwoven fiber layer contains low-melting fibers and is thermally fixed after pile yarns are implanted thereon.
