A vehicular static eliminating device includes: a negative ion generating device; and a guide device configured to guide negative ions and release the negative ions from an emission port to a static elimination target spot which is positively charged, the guide device including: a guide member defining a passage through which to guide the negative ions, the guide member being made of a resin which is easily negatively charged in a triboelectric series; and a tip-shaped part configured to discharge, by corona discharge, negative electric charges, which have accumulated on the guide member, to the static elimination target spot, the tip-shaped part being provided in a part defining the emission port and in proximity to the static elimination target spot.

Vehicular static eliminating device and vehicle

To prevent a reduction in an amount of an ion emission while preventing generation of electromagnetic noise. A high-voltage generating circuit section () that supplies a high voltage to an ion generating element () that generates ions is housed in a housing (), and sealed with filled resin (). An emission port () for emitting the generated ions is formed in the housing (), and an outer surface of the housing except the emission port is covered with a shield case (). A passage port () communicating with the emission port is formed in the shield case. A periphery of the passage port of the shield case is covered with an electrically insulating covering sheet () so that emitted ions do not adhere to the shield case. The ions emitted from the emission port do not adhere to the shield case covered with the covering sheet.

Ion generating device

An air passageway opening/closing device provided with a plurality of sheet members provided with openings and passageway blocking parts located at the two sides of these openings, wherein the lengths in a direction of door movement of the openings differ by predetermined amounts, when an adjacent smaller sheet member moves in the direction of door movement by a predetermined amount, the smaller sheet member and the adjacent larger sheet member move together, the opening ranges of two air passageways are determined by a position of movement of an opening of the smallest sheet member to which a driving force is added, and the blocking ranges of two air passageways are determined by superposition of the passageway blocking parts of the plurality of sheet members in a stepwise offset state.

Air passageway opening/closing device

Air conditioner for vehicle use

An interior of an air conditioning case is partitioned into a first air passage extending from an inside air suction port to a foot opening portion and a second air passage extending from an outside air suction port is disposed at a side of the first air passage to detect a temperature of air blown out from the evaporator disposed in the first air passage and the second air passage. An operation of the compressor for supplying the refrigerant to the evaporator is intermitted by comparing the temperature detected by the temperature sensor and the set temperature set in advance, and the set temperature is changed to be higher according to an increase in the temperature of outside air. In this way, it is possible to prevent the frosting of the evaporator in winter season, when the inside air is introduced into the first air passage and the outside air is introduced into the second air passage.

Air conditioning apparatus for vehicle

An air conditioning system includes an air conditioner for blowing conditioned air toward a compartment of a vehicle, and a dashboard having a design surface exposed to the compartment. An inner air passage extending nearly parallel to the design surface is formed in the dashboard, and a plurality of diffusion blowing openings are formed in the design surface. Thus, the condensed air is blown from the diffusion blowing openings into the compartment of the vehicle, while passing through the inner air passage. For example, cool air is blown from the diffusion blowing openings, so that the cool air can cool the dashboard while cooling the compartment of the vehicle. Moreover, because the cool air passes through the inner air passage extending nearly parallel to the design surface, the dashboard can be effectively cooled.

Air conditioning system

A strength member, for vehicle use, extending in the vehicle width direction inside an instrument panel of a vehicle has a reinforcing bar in which a closed space is formed, and the reinforcing bar has a driver's seat side region, a central region and an assistant driver's seat side region, the reinforcing bar being composed of a metallic member arranged in the driver's seat side region and a resin member or a resin and metallic member arranged in the central region and the assistant driver's seat side region.

Strength member for vehicle use

In a vehicle air conditioner, an evaporator is disposed at an upper side of a blower approximately horizontally so that air blown by the blower passes through the evaporator from below upwardly. The evaporator is slightly tilted from a horizontal surface by a predetermined angle, and the blower is disposed in such a manner that air is mainly blown by the blower toward the evaporator in a direction substantially parallel to a tangential line at a scroll finish portion of the scroll casing. Accordingly, condensed water on a bottom heat-exchanging surface of the evaporator can be pushed downwardly by component force of the flow of air mainly blown from the blower.

Vehicle air conditioner

An automotive air conditioner includes an offset blower for blowing an air, an evaporator is centrally disposed within a dashboard and receives the air from below, and a heater approximately horizontally disposed above the evaporator. The evaporator inclines downward along the direction of the air flow. A plurality of condensed water guide plates are provided under the evaporator so as to allow a condensed water smoothly flow on the surface of each guide plate and is discharged from the evaporator through a condensed water drain pipe.

Automotive air conditioner

In an initial stage of a cool down operation of a vehicle air conditioner, a rapid cooling operation is performed while cool air is directly blown to a passenger from direct air outlets. In a later stage of the cool down operation of the vehicle air conditioner, a temperature of an inner wall portion of a passenger compartment is reduced while cool air is indirectly supplied to the passenger of the passenger compartment from the indirect air outlet. Accordingly, cool air can be locally blown to the passenger in the initial stage, and cool air can be supplied to the entire passenger compartment while restricting an adverse effect due to heat radiation of the inner wall portion in the later stage. Thus, operation performance of the air conditioner can be improved while comfortable air conditioning feeling can be given to the passenger in the passenger compartment.

A vehicle interior structure includes an air vent wall. The air vent wall has a nonpermeable layer, a nonpermeable surface layer and a permeable layer. The permeable layer has a three-dimensional net construction and is disposed between the nonpermeable layer and the nonpermeable surface layer. The permeable layer has two welded nonpermeable portions, which are extended linearly. An air passage is formed between the welded nonpermeable portions. The vehicle interior structure is applied to a vehicle temperature control system including an air conditioning unit and an air blower unit. The interior of the vehicle is ventilated through the air passage of the air vent wall.

Vehicle interior structure which can uniformly ventilate interior of vehicle

A mounting structure for mounting accessories on a designed interior member in a vehicle compartment includes a plurality of mounting portions. Each of the mounting portions includes a non-contact type power sending terminal and a vehicle-side antenna. The mounting portion transmits power from the battery of the vehicle via the non-contact type power sending terminal, and further transmits a multiplex signal that includes all the control signals required for controlling a plurality of accessories via the vehicle-side antenna. A user can mount an accessory arbitrarily selected from the plurality of accessories on any of the mounting portions without newly installing the required wiring, and therefore readily replace the accessories mounted on the mounting portions.

Mounting structure including communication system for transmitting multiplex control signal to vehicle electrical devices

In a vehicle air conditioner, a blower case for accommodating a blower is connected to an air conditioning case for accommodating an evaporator and the like by a connection duct made of a vibration-absorption material. Therefore, a vibration, transmitted from the blower case to the air conditioning case, can be effectively absorbed by the connection duct, thereby reducing the vibration transmitted from the air conditioning case to a steering wheel unit through a supporting member.

Vehicle air conditioner and mounting structure

An air-conditioning duct structure is included in a vehicular dash beam member. Material for the duct is made of a heat insulating and sound absorbing material and is adhered onto the surface of a sheet material for the beam member which is then bent into a semi-tubular shape so that the material for the duct is positioned inside thereby forming beam member bodies. Beam member bodies are combined by joining their joining surfaces that face each other to thereby form a tubular closed sectional shape. Achieving vibration attenuation, noise absorption and the heat insulating functions with an inner surface sheet member of an air conditioning duct is achievable. An air conditioning duct extending across a vehicle's width is formed by joining a metal reinforcing member and a resin cover. The sheet member is put between the reinforcing member and the cover.

Vehicular air-conditioning duct structure and forming method, and vehicular electric-wiring fixing structure

To simplify the assembling of a vehicular cockpit module assembly, an instrument panel and its peripheral devices are divided into a plurality of sub module assemblies each of which having a corresponding main device. Each of the assemblies is assembled as a unit, and then the assemblies are mutually assembled. The assembling of each sub module assembly is completed to form a unit in advance.
