A classifier including a housing to take in air flow from below into a radially outer region of an inside space; a flow deflection portion to deflect the air flow toward a center axis of the housing; and an annular rotational portion disposed rotatably in a radially inner region positioned on a radially inner side of the radially outer region, of the inside space of the housing, and configured to classify particles which accompany the air flow. The annular rotational portion includes a plurality of rotational blades arranged at intervals around a rotational axis of the annular rotational portion. The present invention improves the even distribution of a powder to a pulverized coal pipe. A rotary classifier including: a rotary shaft rotatably supported around a rotational axis extending in a vertical direction; a frame body supported by the rotary shaft and including an opening on the outer periphery of the frame body; a plurality of powder outlets provided along the rotation direction and opening on the upper section of the frame body; a plurality of blades extending in the vertical direction at the opening on the outer periphery of the frame body and provided along the rotation direction; and an annular member that serves as a constricting section provided so as to narrow the interval from the blades to the rotary shaft.

Rotary classifier and vertical mill

Provided is a solid fuel pulverizing device () provided with: a ventilation unit () configured to ventilate an interior of a housing () with primary air for supplying a solid fuel pulverized by a roller () to a classifier (); a pressure detector () configured to detect an internal pressure of the housing () relative to a reference pressure; a flow rate detector () configured to detect a flow rate of the primary air blown into the interior of the housing () by the ventilation unit (); and a controller () configured to perform control and transition the solid fuel pulverizing device () to a stopped state upon the internal pressure detected by the pressure detector () being a predetermined pressure or higher and the flow rate of the primary air detected by the flow rate detector () being a predetermined flow rate or less.

Solid fuel pulverizing device and method for controlling same

Provided is a roller mill that is provided with: a rotary table; a raw coal adding tube that supplies solid fuel to the rotary table; and a roller that rotates about a rotating shaft by being pressed against a grinding surface of the rotary table and grinds solid fuel along with rotation of the rotary table. In such a roller mill, a position where an outer peripheral surface of the roller and the grinding surface of the rotary table come into contact with each other and a circumferential velocity of the outer peripheral surface equals a circumferential velocity of the grinding surface is located further to an inner circumferential side of the rotary table than a position where the outer peripheral surface and the grinding surface come into contact with each other at a center position in a width direction of the roller.
