A direction control valve is formed by providing a main spool for establishing and blocking communication between an inlet port, first and second actuator ports and first and second tank ports. A pressure compensation valve comprising a check valve portion and pressure reduction portion is provided for compensating the pressurized fluid with a load pressure and supplying it to the inlet port. A plurality of valve blocks are connected to each other with respective first and second tank ports and respective pump ports in fluid communication. A pump port of one of the valve blocks is connected to a main inlet port, and a tank port of one of the valve blocks is connected to a main tank port. Thus, a hydraulic circuit for distributing a pressurized fluid from a single hydraulic pump to a plurality of actuators is provided.

Pressurized fluid supply system

A direction control valve is formed by providing a main spool for establishing and blocking communication between an inlet port, first and second actuator ports and first and second tank ports. A pressure compensation valve comprising a check valve portion and pressure reduction portions is provided for compensating the pressurized fluid with a load pressure and supplying it to the inlet port. A plurality of valve blocks are connected with communicating respective first and second tank ports and respective pump ports, and either one of pump port is connected to a main port. In either case, the pump port is connected to the main input port to any one of the first and second tank ports is connected to the main tank port.

A pressure control system in which a pressure in a back pressure chamber of a flow control valve is controlled according to a throttle opening of a pilot valve to locate stationary the valve body of the flow control valve at a position corresponding to the throttle opening of the pilot valve. In the system, a fixed throttle is provided in an oil passage extended to the back pressure chamber of the flow control valve, thereby applying a dampering action to the valve body.

Hydraulic pressure control system

A pressure compensating type hydraulic valve wherein a pressure compensation can be made according to the movement of the movable portion of a hydraulic actuator, and the movable portion of the actuator can be stopped against load pressure when it is located at its neutral position. This pressure compensating type hydraulic valve is arranged such that a spool (24) is moved in a valve hole (16) so as to allow a first actuating port (21) and a second actuating port (22) connected with pressure receiving chambers (13.sub.1, 13.sub.2), respectively, defined on both sides of a movable portion (13.sub.3) of a hydraulic actuator (13) to be selectively connected with or disconnected from a first pumping port and a second pumping port in which fluid under pressure discharged by a hydraulic pump (10) flows, through the intermediary of a first check valve (31) and a second check valve (32), respectively, both of which are preset at predetermined pressures, and either one of the actuating ports which is isolated from the pumping port is connected with either one of the tank ports (33.sub.1, 33.sub.2).

Pressure compensating type hydraulic valve

A hydraulic control apparatus has at least two meter-in and two meter-out poppet valves. In order to be compact and deal with a great flow rate, the apparatus is arranged such that a pair of meter-in poppet valves and load check valves are located in an upper horizontal plane, a pair of meter-out poppet valves and solenoid-actuated pilot valves are located in a lower horizontal plane, and a pair of a pilot valve associated with the meter-out poppet valve and a reducing valve associated with the meter-in poppet valve are located in a middle horizontal plane and are respectively disposed in opposed relationship to each other, and the load check valve is vertically located in parallel relationship with the meter-out poppet valve.

Hydraulic control apparatus

The known swash plate type oil hydraulic piston pump is improved in that three delivery slots each extending over an angular distance of about 60.degree. are formed in a valve plate along one circumference concentric with a rotary cylinder block at an angular interval of 60.degree. and the number of piston-cylinder units provided in the cylinder block is chosen to be a multiple of 6. Pressurized oil delivered through a center delivery slot is fed to one hydraulic actuator, and pressurized oil delivered through the delivery slots on the opposite sides of the center delivery slot is jointly fed to the other hydraulic actuator, whereby variations of flow rates of the pressurized oil fed to the respective hydraulic actuators can be minimized. Preferably, in order to feed more pressurized oil to a more heavily loaded hydraulic actuator, additional delivery slots are formed in the valve plate at the boundary portions between the three main delivery slots, and pressurized oil delivered through these additional delivery slots is fed selectively to a more heavily loaded hydraulic actuator or, if the both actuators are equally loaded, to both the hydraulic actuator through a pressure-sensitive switching valve. More preferably, a pulsation damper is connected across the hydraulic circuits for feeding the pressurized oil to the respective hydraulic actuators.

Split type oil hydraulic piston pump and pressurized oil feed circuit

A control system has two fixed-displacement pumps for supplying pressurized fluid to a pair of steering cylinders via a steering valve and to a pair of implement cylinders via an implement valve. Connected next to the pumps is a demand valve which is pilot operated to deliver to the steering cylinder pair the pressurized fluid from only one pump upon slight displacement of the steering valve and the pressurized fluid from both pumps upon greater displacement of the steering valve. The demand valve is further pilot operated to deliver to the implement cylinder pair the pressurized fluid from only one pump when the implement valve is actuated in a direction to lower the implement assembly, and the pressurized fluid from both pumps when the implement valve is actuated in a direction to raise the implement assembly. In additional embodiments the pumps are of the variable-displacement type, with their displacement adjusted by servo controls responsive to the pressure of the fluid being drained from the demand valve.

Hydraulic control system for off-highway self-propelled work machines

All but the circle drive motor of the implement actuators of a motor grader are divided into two groups each consisting of those which need not be operated simultaneously. The power system has three fixed displacement pumps for driving the circle drive motor via a circle control valve and the two implement actuator groups via respective implement control valve arrangements of carry-over parallel configurations. One of the pumps is connected to the two implement control valve arrangements via a restriction and a flow divider. A first demand valve controls communication between the other two pumps and the implement control valve arrangements in response to the pressure differential across the restriction, maintaining constant fluid flow to the valve arrangements regardless of engine speed or the loads on the implement actuators. A second demand valve likewise responds to a pressure differential across another restriction formed in a conduit communicating the first demand valve and the carry-over ports of the implement control valve arrangements with the circle control valve, maintaining constant fluid flow thereto.

Hydraulic power system for implement actuators in an off-highway

A hydraulic circuit for a so called feathering control of a variable displacement pump in which displacement of the variable displacement pump is controlled to a minimum when every actuator in a system is not in operation thereby keeping a power loss to a minimum. The hydraulic circuit includes a jet flow sensor for detecting a dynamic pressure of fluid. The jet flow sensor is disposed in a circuit for connecting a system pressure line to a reservoir and is adapted to convert static pressure of the fluid to dynamic pressure thereof. This detected dynamic pressure is introduced into a servo mechanism for the variable displacement pump for effecting feathering control.

Hydraulic circuit for a variable displacement pump

A pressure-compensated directional control valve assembly suitable for use in hydraulic power steering systems of off-highway working vehicles. The valve assembly integrally comprises a control valve for controlling communication between two engine-driven pumps and a steering cylinder, and a pressure compensator valve for controlling the fluid pressure delivered from the pumps to the control valve. Constantly comparing its outgoing fluid pressure with the fluid pressure at control ports of the control valve, the pressure compensator valve delivers to the control valve the pressurized fluid from one or both of the pumps. Any excess of the pressurized fluid is directed from the pressure compensator valve to, for example, an implement hoist cylinder of the work vehicle.

Pressure-compensated directional control valve

A hydraulic control system for a variable displacement pump, comprising a prime mover for driving the variable displacement pump, a fixed displacement pilot pump driven by the common prime mover, a pressure compensating valve connected to the pilot pump and the variable displacement pump, a cut-off control valve connected to the pressure compensating valve and the variable displacement pump, and a servo booster connected to the cut-off control valve and the pilot pump for controlling the displacement of the variable displacement pump.
